I've been trying to find out if it's possible to get information somewhere about a company having its Audited Financials rejected.

This company says that they tried to file their AFs, but they were rejected because they were incomplete. So they say that they're now trying to get all the missing data and re-file the AFs.

Is there somewhere that I could find out if this is true? Does the SEC keep records of "attempts" to file?

Any pointers will be much appreciated.
TIA :)

to the best of my knowlege all forms filled with the sec are posted and if they end up not accepting them the company has to put in a removal letter which is also posted on the sec website. if disaproved you will see rw form Registration Withdrawal Request it can take up to a couple of months for the sec to disaprove and the form rw to be posted
