Not too popular of a stock because they've typically diluted, but they've been dropping PRs about officers re-buying stock and stock buy back programs like none other, which to me says they want to change their image or they want to run it up again and dilute the crappers about of it back to .0005 so they don't lose money. But the charts do support a potential run up. MAs converging, positive MACD divergence, and I've been watching L2s for awhile, it's generally .0004x.0005 but .0004 is some support and .0005 typically has 1-2 MMs on it nowadays so it's probably pretty thin.
From what I remember from past PRs, they're producing a film with Robert De Niro and Al Pacino and July 15th they're supposed to start filming with Jessica Simpson.
Most movies are financed by Millennium films but directed and produced by wholly owned subsidiaries of FMLY so they should only be diluting for day to day office needs and I'm guessing that's over and done with for the time being.

I'm sure that you are absolutely spot on with these guys diluting the living crap out of this stock to have capital to keep functioning. And as you well know, they live and die with spurts and runs on their pps. Nonetheless, money can be made here. Grand idea to keep an eye on it. Careful with quickness, though, everyone. I haven't looked into recent stats, but these guys have got (I believe) something like a billion in their float. Which always makes them a candidate for a r/s. Get your green if they run it and get out. Just my opinion. Take it for what it's worth.

Yep, a little over a billion
Outstanding Shares: 1,082,159,142 as of 2007-05-17
However, I dunno if they'd do a R/S unless they wanted to dilute more. Their CEO buying $35,000 worth of stock tells me he want want to dilute much more, but of course I could be wrong so do keep an eye out for that R/S, flip it if you're going to stay in it long term. Get those freebies.

Excuse for asking but what's R/S ?

A proportionate decrease in the number of shares, but not the value of shares of stock held by shareholders. Shareholders maintain the same percentage of equity as before the split. For example, a 1-for-3 split would result in stockholders owning 1 share for every 3 shares owned before the split. A firm generally institutes a reverse split to boost its stock's market price and attract investors.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not making any predictions that they're doing one tomorrow. Pinkies are the only ones that generally do them without warning anyway. At least FMLY is a BB (bulletin board) stock. What I am saying is that with a billion shares outstanding it is difficult to get them to have any real value. In the OTC trading world, most of this doesn't matter, green is going to be made for other reasons than their finances and share structure. lol.

Oh ok, I know a reverse split, duh lol. I gotta get used to seeing things put into abbreviations so much on these messageboards. I'll get the hang of it. Thanks! :)

And I see your point about the possibility with having so many outstanding shares...or should I say, O/S, lol.

Officer announced buying 20,000,000 more shares at .0005, at .0005x.0006 now and charts are looking good for a break out sometime soon.

Almost thru 7's.
Edit: Hitting .0009 now and forgot to mention another PR about an officer buying more shares. Large amounts of insider buying going on.

For anyone that might be interested in an entry point, I think tomorrow will offer a relatively safe one. It's in a consolidation pattern so it's waiting on the 5day or 10day for support before moving up again, so I think .0007 will be a safe entry point because .0006 was resistance before so it's support now. .0008 isn't too strong because we hit .0009 yesterday so it might be a good play short term to get in at .0007, but also have your sell button ready if you see .0006 start to dissappear on L2s. I'm just saying it's following a typical pattern for moves up after MACD postive divergence, at least according to greencat's cd.
