What are your feelings now on PTSC? I have been as Kramer says backing up the truck and buying more. When do you feel this stock will make a move? I am really lost on this stock. I have held it for over a year now. They pretty much settled the suit. Signed up Bull to a Moore patent and it is still hovering around .50 what will it take for this stock to break out?
Thanks,
Tau

Patriot Scientific Announces Patent Litigation Timeline
CARLSBAD, Calif., March 30, 2007
The following is an unofficial summary of important dates in the Patent Infringement Litigation pending in the Eastern District of Texas, which is provided by counsel for Patriot Scientific:
May 3, 2007: Claim Construction Hearing - 9:00 a.m. in Marshall, Texas. This is an important event from the standpoint of interpreting and assessing the scope of the patent claims. 15 Days After Claim Construction Ruling: Deadline to Comply with P.R. 3-8 (willful infringement; reliance on counsel defense disclosure)
30 Days After Claim Construction Ruling: Designate Rebuttal Expert Witnesses; Expert Witness Report Due
30 Days After Claim Construction Ruling: Final Infringement Contentions If Warranted Under P.R. 3-6(a) (amending infringement contentions if warranted following claims construction ruling)

September 28, 2007: Deadline for Response to Dispositive Motions
October 5, 2007: Deadline for Pretrial Disclosures
14 Days After Pretrial Disclosures: Deadline for Objections to Use of a Deposition Under Rule 32(a)
October 9, 2007: Deadline for Joint Pretrial Order, Joint Proposed Jury Instructions and Form of the Verdict
October 19, 2007: Pretrial Objections Due
October 19, 2007 (or three days before final Pre-Trial Conference): Deadline for Motions in Limine
October 23, 2007: Pretrial Conference - 1:30 p.m. in Marshall, Texas
November 5, 2007: Jury Selection - 9:00 a.m. in Marshall, Texas. While trial dates are normally not firm, Patriot's counsel would expect those claims that proceed to trial to do so by the end of the year.

There is a strong likelihood that the warrant conversions of Patriot are complete, or very near done. I didn't realize we were at the end of the fiscal yr in May, I thought we would see a 10Q by now but financials won't be out until August 14th. Look for this to gradually climb until they show us the $$$.

Patriot Scientific and Holocom Networks Announce Secure Computing Company Funding
9:15a ET July 20, 2007 (PR NewsWire)
Patriot Scientific Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: PTSC) announced today that Pilot Power Group, Inc. and its affiliate EDMS, LLC have acquired a controlling interest in DataSecurus, LLC (formerly Holocom Multi-Domain Computers, LLC). DataSecurus develops secure data- and power-control technologies that enable high-security PCs for government and military installations.
Users of DataSecurus PCs can access both secure classified networks and unsecured unclassified networks (such as the Internet) from the same computer, without the possibility of unauthorized access or loss of classified data. Previously, such users required two or more physically separate PCs on the same desk. The patented technology, known as the Sentinel(TM) System, has been praised by the U.S. Department of Defense personnel, NATO officers, and other federal agency employees.
Patriot Scientific CEO Jim Turley said, "We saw the potential of the technology but also realized that it's not among our core competencies. DataSecurus needed added capital and industry expertise, so Patriot felt that it was wise to attract a partner willing to make that investment. Pilot Power Group will share ownership in the enterprise while carrying the product through to commercialization. This configuration made the most sense for our shareholders."
Patriot's subsidiary, Holocom Networks, will retain a 22% interest in DataSecurus, as well as ongoing board-level positions. Holocom also has the option to invest additional capital in DataSecurus to either maintain or increase its ownership position. Holocom Networks is jointly owned by Patriot and Scripps Ventures, Inc.
Thomas R. Darton, vice president of Pilot Power Group and CEO of DataSecurus said, "We are very excited about this new investment and feel that the technology has great promise. We have completed a supply contract for design services, have signed consulting agreements with key stakeholders in the technology, and have signed an exclusive manufacture, distribution and sales agreement with the developers and owners of the technology. We will have a number of announcements to make as this product comes to market later this year. The company is accepting orders for shipment in the fourth quarter of 2007." He added that "Patriot's history of involvement in high-technology products and design will make their representatives valuable Board members for DataSecurus."

The TPL Group Files Motion to Reschedule Moore Microprocessor Patent(TM) (MMP) Infringement Trial in Texas Court
Last Update: 9:01 AM ET Jul 24, 2007
CUPERTINO, Calif., Jul 24, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The TPL Group today announced it has filed a plaintiff's motion to reschedule the Moore Microprocessor Patent(TM) (MMP) Portfolio infringement trial in the US District Court in the Eastern District of Texas from November 2007 to January 2008. The proposed rescheduling would allow additional discovery time for both plaintiffs and defendants to address the broad scope of infringing products manufactured by Toshiba, NEC and Matsu****a/Panasonic/JVC.
"As we continue to drive for a speedy trial in the Texas Court, we have come to realize along with the defendants that there is a need for the additional discovery time because of the extremely broad scope and pervasiveness of infringing end user products," asserted Dan Leckrone, Chairman of the TPL Group.

Pay attention to this one. Its been a long time coming. Several recent filings on pacer indicate that Toshiba is up to their old tricks that had Judge Ward really clobber them in another case. Additionally, if a new signing is announced soon then this thing will ride up 15-20% IMO, without any concern of the warrant issue. Stand by!!

I am like others, I have been in this stock for over a year as well. I have bought here and there to add to my holdings. I agree a long time coming. This is a legimate company with a product. (patents). I don't understand why it hasn't taken off. The judge ruled in their favor. They have piles of cash sitting around. Good fundamentals. This in IMO is a no brainer. Now they say they are buying the warrants. Surely this will run now. What do you see this stock going to? Is is a 2 or 3 dollar stock in the next six months? Also, what do you mean Toshiba is up to their old tricks? Confused on that one.
THanks,

Toshiba just did a discovery "dump". They gave TPL large amounts of documents, mostly in Japanese, that were required by the court in the discovery process. They could have given them these documents a long time ago but didn't. Now it looks like stalling tactics which the court frowns upon. mcsmith blogs . com has bunches of info to read.
The trial date has now been set for January 8th, requested anyway. That means that summary judgement/settlement will be pushed back, imo. Regardless, your post is right. This is a real company. We will see how much money they have in a few weeks 10K and we can look for the second installment of the semi-annual dividend somtime soon, according to Pohl's statement last February. Additionally, one can reasonably expect TPL to continue announcing more signings. All's good. I had believed this stock could reach $5 as we got closer to he trial. I still feel that way but the timeline will change. Not until late 07 @ earliest, all my opinion of course.

I hope this is the beginning of a strong marketing campaign. In some ways however, this concerns me. Most listeners, imo, to MN1 are penny players. I would rather see Turley appeal to a larger investor, but I guess you have to start somewhere. I just hope this is a start of something, and not the beginning of an end. RECOMMENDATION
We rate PATRIOT SCIENTIFIC CORP (PTSC) a SELL. This is driven by multiple weaknesses, which we believe
should have a greater impact than any strengths, and could make it more difficult for investors to achieve
positive results compared to most of the stocks we cover. The company's weaknesses can be seen in
multiple areas, such as its generally disappointing historical performance in the stock itself, deteriorating net
income and weak operating cash flow.
HIGHLIGHTS
Despite any intermediate fluctuations, we have only bad news to report on this stock's performance over the
last year: it has tumbled by 43.19%, worse than the S&P 500's performance. Consistent with the plunge in the
stock price, the company's earnings per share are down 66.66% compared to the year-earlier quarter.
Despite the heavy decline in its share price, this stock is still more expensive (when compared to its current
earnings) than most other companies in its industry.
The company, on the basis of change in net income from the same quarter one year ago, has significantly
underperformed when compared to that of the S&P 500 and the Semiconductors & Semiconductor Equipment
industry. The net income has significantly decreased by 59.0% when compared to the same quarter one year
ago, falling from $23.49 million to $9.62 million.
Net operating cash flow has significantly decreased to -$22.03 million or 319.13% when compared to the same
quarter last year. In addition, when comparing to the industry average, the firm's growth rate is much lower.
Return on equity has greatly decreased when compared to its ROE from the same quarter one year prior. This
is a signal of major weakness within the corporation. Compared to other companies in the Semiconductors &
Semiconductor Equipment industry and the overall market, PATRIOT SCIENTIFIC CORP's return on equity
significantly exceeds that of both the industry average and the S&P 500.
PTSC, with its very weak revenue results, has greatly underperformed against the industry average of 11.5%.
Since the same quarter one year prior, revenues plummeted by 92.0%. The declining revenue appears to have
seeped down to the company's bottom line, decreasing earnings per share.

Patriot Scientific Announces Licensing Agreement with the LEGO Group
4:10p ET August 29, 2007 (PR NewsWire)
Patriot Scientific (OTC Bulletin Board: PTSC) announced today that the LEGO Group has purchased a license to the Moore Microprocessor Patent(TM) (MMP) portfolio. Marking its 75th year in business this month, LEGO has emerged as the world's sixth largest manufacturer of toys, including the MindStorms(TM) programmable robots.
"We're delighted with the idea that our technology has enabled LEGO to develop such wonderful educational toys," said Patriot Scientific CEO Jim Turley. "It highlights just how far computer technology has come, that it now appears in everything from playthings to personal computers. Our patented technology is truly ubiquitous. Coincidentally, our company's headquarters is across the street from LEGOLAND(TM) California, so LEGO is near to us in the literal sense as well."
LEGO becomes the 21st licensee of the company's fundamental patent portfolio and the fourth in Europe, after Nokia (Finland), Bull (France), and Schneider Electric (Germany). Previously announced licensees include such global corporations as Intel, AMD, Hewlett Packard, Casio, Fujitsu, Sony, Nikon, Seiko Epson, Pentax, Olympus, Kenwood, Agilent, Lexmark, NEC Corporation, Funai Electric, SanDisk and the Sharp Corporation.
This will get a spike in the morning. Too bad we can't trade pre-market.

Letter to Shareholders from Jim Turley, CEO of Patriot Scientific
To All Friends of Patriot Scientific Corporation,
August was a good month for Patriot, but more than that, it was a record-breaking year! We released fantastic annual results, appointed a new board member, and opened a new publicity channel.
# We had terrific year-end results – the best in Patriot’s 20-year history. Our top-line “sales” for fiscal 2007 nearly doubled to $49 million. (Technically, our sales include only our microprocessor chips and the products from Holocom. Most of our income is actually recognized through our equity stake in the joint venture through which we license our patents. It’s just one of those funny accounting rules. Thank you, Mr. Sarbanes and Mr. Oxley.) Our net profit was $23.7 million, or $0.06 per fully diluted share. Obviously, Patriot Scientific is enormously profitable and we’re growing rapidly.
# Our cash position has also improved hugely over the previous fiscal year, growing by a factor of nearly 5x. We now have over $21 million in the bank, compared to just under $4 million this time last year. That puts us in a much stronger position to acquire other companies, technologies, rights, or equipment.
# Regarding our cash, I met recently with the board of directors and we decided not to pay out a dividend this period. We’ll revisit this issue regularly but for now I think we can put that cash to much better use in growing the company, as I hope to show you later this year.
# With our patent licensing activity running at the rate of about one new licensee every month, and with more than 300 potential licensees officially notified, we’ve got every reason for optimism. We’ve got many years of licensing deals and revenue ahead of us.
# So why isn’t the share price doing better? I get a lot of letters from shareholders asking, “Why didn’t you raise the share price this morning?” If only it were that easy. You know, I sometimes wonder if these people understand how free markets work. To borrow a phrase from the 19th century scientist Charles Babbage, “I am not rightly able to apprehend the kind of confusion of ideas that could provoke such a question.” Share prices are controlled by supply and demand, not some big red button in my office.
# Nick Tredennick has joined our board of directors. As I hinted in our last letter, I’m thrilled that Nick has found the time to join us. I’ve known Nick for a number of years and I admire his balance of technological know-how and business sense. He also has an eye for spotting trends, which brought him together with George Gilder many years ago to write Dynamic Silicon and the Gilder Technology Report and to participate in the Telecosm tech-investor conferences. Nick’s going to review the acquisition candidates we’re evaluating and recommend some ideas of his own. His industry knowledge, corporate experience, and nose for good (and bad) investments will really work in our favor.
# I’m now writing a regular monthly column for Electronic Business that starts this month. This is a widely distributed electronic newsletter published by Reed Elsevier alongside big industry magazines like Electronic News and EDN (Electronic Design News). In addition to spreading the word about Patriot Scientific I’ll be writing about the intellectual property business, industry climate, business models, and related topics of the day.
# You may be getting a tax refund. As you know, we paid two dividends during calendar year 2006, and you will have received a Form 1099 that declared those dividends as taxable income. They actually weren’t taxable, and we sent out corrected 1099s, but some of you didn’t receive them. We’ve sent out the corrected form yet again, but just in case you still don’t receive it we’ve posted more information here.
# Mark your calendars for our next shareholders’ meeting on Tuesday, the 23rd of October. As before, we’ll hold the meeting at the La Costa Resort & Spa here in Carlsbad. Everyone’s welcome and you can find information on travel and hotels on our Web site.
With best regards for a good and profitable summer;
—Jim Turley

Ho-hum, the wait continues. There is excessive activity on the pacer and all parties are in mediation right now. With a $156M award to TGIP v. AT&T in east tx maybe the defendants will get a little nervous and come to their senses and settle. This really has potential to blow if they announce a huge settlement with the defendants. Hopefully someething will happen by the end of the month.

???...not sure what you mean by this post.
I can say tho, that the members here should pay close attention to this play. While I am holding this long, you traders may have a good opportunity staring at you. Wednesday was a great buying opportunity. The sp should not have been this low. Since the lod on 9/26 it is up 25%. If anything, and I am not sure this is grammatically/technically correct to say, but the sp is "artificially deflated". This company has no debt, over $20m in the bank, and won 2 of 3 markman rulings in regards to their patents. The 3rd ruling has been appealed and mediation is to conclude today. Should we see an announcement of a request for extension to mediation, or even better, a settlement in the next 10 days, this will blow.
All my opinion of course, but keep it on ya'lls radar.

THis stock just kills me. I don't understand it at all. it is down .03 today. i keep thinking we would hit a dollar but instead we are on our way to .01
Tau - nice finish today. We came back and the news wasn't anything earth-shattering. Alot of waiters on this one. Watch closely next week. If I had more cash I would be loading up. I can't see anything negative coming out of mediation, but then I ain't no expert. Even if they don't settle (and if they do it will be for BIG $$$) and go to trial PTSC has a strong case. I'm hoping to see this at .60 by weeks end. With good news watch out.

there was 2 major news releases on ptsc on thursday after hrs. I am surprised nobody posted the links, to be brief, 1 spoke about undervalued and patriot is buying back shares on open market, the other is that they have reopened arguement on the disputed 584 patent, arm will not like that one. Both of these news release are very important, especially since mediation just ended today. fundamentally this huge thats why the price increase. I attempted proper punctuation but the facts dont need punctuation. This a huge increase in price without the price being smothered, could it be that warrant situation might be history ??????????????

surprised after last weeks price fluctuation there is not more interest. My belief is that ptsc is ready to start its trek back up the charts and now is a good entry point. When a company says and does buy back shares on the open market I take that as a major positive, not to mention they did it right at the same time that the mediation ended and lets not forget that the good news did not bring the price down. There must be some positive forces that prevented that, possibley all the warrants are history. I am definately not an expert but I will be watching for an increase in price to continue:cool:

There is a new pacer that has been filed in regards to the mediation. The agoracom board has it all. From what I can decipher from the members there, it seems that TPL/PTSC have filed the first motion that may/will lead to a summary judgement. If that is the case, then all thats left is the amount to be awarded and then of course, some type of appeal I would assume.
In any event, the pacer document looks to be a favorable one to PTSC. Lets see what kind of activity the sp gets tomorrow. If it spikes then the more expert investors would seem to believe TPL/PTSC won.

Really nice independent report was put out by Cohen Research placing PTSC as a strong buy. Seems to be having a positive effect.
Still waiting for some news on the litigation. Trial scheduled for January. Anything could happen in between now and then. The recent dip in the share price was according to past patterns. SHOULD NOT be trading this low!!! This company is real, I believe, and tho much depends on the outcome of trial, having no debt and turning profits the last year and a half (at least?) makes this much more valuable than the majority of penny stocks. All my opinion of course.

Patriot Scientific Welcomes Philips to List of Microprocessor Patent Licensees
BUSINESS WIRE
Posted: 2007-10-29 09:43:21
CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)----Patriot Scientific (OTCBB:PTSC) announced today that Royal Philips Electronics has purchased a Moore Microprocessor Patent(TM) (MMP) Portfolio license. Philips becomes the 23rd MMP licensee in as many months and the third major European company to purchase a license following Schneider Electric and Nokia Corporation.
"We welcome the expansion of our program with Philips, a proven worldwide leader in medical equipment and consumer electronics. This agreement further validates the strength and broad scope of the MMP Portfolio," said Andre-Pascal Chauvin, vice president of licensing for Alliacense, Patriot Scientific Corporation's licensing partner.
"It's pretty common to see the pace of deals pick up as a trial approaches," said Mike Davis, senior vice president, licensing. "A number of major businesses that have been following the case closely needed a little time to evaluate the recent Markman ruling, and are now moving to capture licenses at current prices and avoid significantly higher royalty rates following trial."
"Other developments we're watching with interest include mounting pressure from retailers on product manufacturers to resolve patent-infringement issues expeditiously and avoid major market disruptions that could result from injunction or ban on imports," continued Davis. "This issue was highlighted recently in Broadcom v. Qualcomm ITC case, which placed a ban on the import of new mobile handsets and led Verizon Wireless to step in and resolve the matter on its own."
The sweeping scope of applications using MMP design techniques continues to encourage manufacturers of end-user products from around the globe to become MMP licensees. Since January 2006 more than twenty companies including Hewlett Packard , Sony, Casio, Fujitsu, Nikon, Seiko Epson, Pentax, Olympus, Kenwood, Agilent , Lexmark , Schneider Electric, NEC Corporation, Funai Electric, SanDisk , Sharp Corporation, Nokia, Bull, LEGO and Denso Wave have all purchased MMP Portfolio licenses.

Judge Grants Stay In Microprocessor Patent Dispute
By Ron Zapata
Portfolio Media, New York (November 2, 2007)--A patent infringement lawsuit against Matsu****a Electrical Industrial Co., Panasonic Corp. of North America and JVC Americas Corp. over microprocessor patents has been stayed for a month, suggesting that advanced settlement talks in the case might be under way.
Judge T. John Ward of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas granted the joint motion for the stay on Thursday for 30 days in patent-holding company Technology Properties Ltd.'s suit which also accuses NEC Electronics America Inc. and Toshiba Corp. of infringement.
A reason for the motion was not given in court papers and attorneys involved in the case did not immediately return calls seeking comment on Friday.
That line is obviously the reporters opinion, but I would guess that it is rendered through his experience.
I picked up a few more shares several weeks ago when it dipped below .40, and I figured it would bleed back down to those levels where I would get more after some of my funds became available, but after the stay was granted and with this latest article. we may get out of the .40's completely.

There is a really, really, really good post on the agoracom board analyzing the potential settlement put together by a poster named patriotism. Those of you that have been following PTSC may want to take a look. Not trying to promote another board, as obviously this is the best one out there. Just good info on Patriot, particularly for long investors.
If there is a settlement, and again I'll state imo, and from what I can comprehend, there is a strong indication there will be, the money brought in will probably be in the $100M range for PTSC. The real victory, as iamadog has indicated, will be the 350+ companies that will be compelled to settle after the big 3 Japanese companies do. This will have a huge impact on the sp as more and more speculators will want to jump on the chance to bag this one.
A former regular poster, eholbik(?) I believe, used to state regularly when the stock was in the .40 range for the past 6 months or so, how much a bargain PTSC was at those prices. Should a settlement occur within the remaining 24 days of the court stay of proceedings, then not only was eholbik accurate on his or hers opinion, then anything under $1 will be a gem.
All my opinion of course. My enthusiasm for this one is obvious. I hope it ain't missplaced...particularly since I'm all in on this one!!!

CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Patriot Scientific Corporation (OTCBB:PTSC - News), announced today that TEAC Corporation has purchased a Moore Microprocessor Patent™ (MMP) Portfolio license from The TPL Group. You are probably right about the timing. The stay is over at the end of the month so I wouldn't expect anything before then. Remember that prior to the stay, there were a few days of court ordered mediation that didn't produce results but probably impacted both parties to request the current stay. The pre-trial conference is set for 12/17 and the trial to commence Jan. 07 2008. That is why many are of the opinion that both sides wasted valuable preparation time for the stay and why wouldn't it be because they are hammering out a deal? In any event, the stay ends in 10 days. We will know something very near that date, whether we are going to trial or a settlement is reached. The delays are over. Time to turn your cards over baby!:D

Actually, if there is not a settlement then TPL/PTSC will probably file for summary judgement based on the Markman hearing results. If I understand it correctly, they should get that approved and the trial will be to decide the damages.

Much talk about settlement as the stay ends on the 30th. Keep an eye on this one members. If a settlement is announced I hope it is during trading so people can jump on rather than see the mm's get to trade before the bell should news reach us post/prior market hours.
I have been waiting for this a long time. I'm loaded to the gills (for me) so I will be skippin to the lu if settlement news comes before December.
Additionally, a poster at agoracom posted some pretty significant info concerning the '584 patent that was being re-examined. His DD included quotes from the USPTO hearing that indicated Charles Moore pretty much b*tch slapped the testimony and references of the defendants and the 584 looks as good as gold too. Could mean a B-I-G settlement...$$$.

Is Your Technology 'Patriotic'? Probably So
The Micro Cap Press
Tuesday, November 27, 2007 @ 1:21 pm PST
It took a year and a half to jump-start them, but Patriot Scientific (OTCBB: PTSC) are finally starting to make real progress again. After hitting a low of 38 cents in October, the stock has pulled itself out of a long-term rut and managed to reach the current price of 60 cents....more than a 50% gain.
Perhaps more importantly, PTSC has knocked down some key barriers. The first noticeable barrier to be toppled is the 200 day moving average line. This is the first time in more than a year this stock has managed to get and stay above that long-term indicator line. The other ceiling that's been broken has been the straight-line resistance extending all the way back to April of 2006.
What changed in the last couple of months? A lot, actually. In mid-October, Cohen initiated coverage of Patriot Scientific with a 'buy' rating. That was followed by Deloitte putting Patriot Scientific in the fourth highest spot of their 'Technology Fast 50' list. Though neither had an immediate impact on the stock's price, we feel both certainly played a role in prodding early November's buyers.
The company has done their part too though. In late October - and this coincided with when the rally started - Patriot signed Philips (as in Royal Philips Electronics) as a licensee for the Moore Microprocessor Patent. TEAC Corporation got on board as a licensee in Mid-November...the 24th licensee for the same patent. We believe more licensees are on the way.
Why is the patent such a big deal? The core microprocessor technology breakthroughs in Patriot Scientific's patent portfolio are practically found in every microprocessor manufactured since 1995.
The company's recent fiscal history looks challenged. Investors need to keep more recent news in mind though - somebody clearly got excited about this stock last month.
And they don't even mention the pending settlement/summary judgement/trial

The recent filings have been erratic. That is true. Any expert studying this stock would come to the same conclusion. The idea however, is that those that are interested will do their dd and find the other circumstances surrounding the security, which IMO, are all very positive. Check today, up to .62. Higher lows. I don't know the requirements of the court. My guess is that we will see a pacer filing for either an extension of the stay or the actual results pertaining to the the stay itself, i.e. whether or not there was a settlement reached or lack thereof and move to the next step in the trial process. That in itself may be a move for summary judgment by TPL.
A watched pot never boils. Some news will be forthcoming in the next couple of days imo.

PTSC Release -- Daewoo Electronics Purchases Moore Microprocessor Patent™ Portfolio License
CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Patriot Scientific Corporation (OTCBB:PTSC), announced today that Daewoo Electronics Corporation has purchased a Moore Microprocessor Patent™ (MMP) Portfolio license from The TPL Group. Daewoo Electronics, the first Korean licensee to purchase an MMP license, has operations in more than 40 countries, with regional headquarters in the U.S., Europe, Central America and the Middle East. Daewoo Electronics is the 26th licensee to date.
“Daewoo will benefit significantly by their decisive action to purchase an MMP License,” said Carl Silverman, vice president, Licensing for Alliacense. “Daewoo joins a long and growing list of forward-thinking companies who have been agile enough to secure a significant jump on their competition.”
While the MMP Portfolio Licensing Program has been in place for over two years, 30% of the license purchases have followed the favorable “Markman” ruling issued earlier this summer, confirming the strength of the MMP Portfolio, and enhancing the momentum of the Licensing Program.
The sweeping scope of applications using MMP design techniques continues to encourage manufacturers of end-user products from around the globe to become MMP licensees. Since January 2006 more than twenty companies have purchased MMP Portfolio licenses; they include: Hewlett Packard, Sony, Casio, Fujitsu, Nikon, Seiko Epson, Pentax, Olympus, Kenwood, Agilent, Lexmark, Schneider Electric, NEC Corporation, Funai Electric, SanDisk, Sharp Corporation, Nokia, Bull, LEGO, DMP Electronics, Denso Wave, Philips, TEAC and Daewoo Electronics.
About Daewoo Electronics
Daewoo Electronics Corporation is an industry leading manufacturer of high-quality, cutting-edge consumer electronics. The company is one of South Korea's largest manufacturers and exporters of TVs (digital, high-definition), DVD players and recorders, VCRs and portable video recorders. Daewoo also makes a line of home appliances (microwave ovens, refrigerators and air conditioners). Daewoo Electronics has operations in more than 40 countries, with five factories in Korea, as well as research institutes in the U.S., Korea and France.

Interesting happenings here. First the new license deal comes out the same time as the PACER document, which is sealed, and secondly not endorsed by TPL. Could mean several things:
1 - they have not come to a settlement and the defendants want more time
2 - The defendants are stalling hoping for a ruling on the re-exam by the US patent office
3 - TPL/PTSC releases pr despite a self-imposed "quiet time" perhaps to show the strength of their case
4 - or perhaps TPL is fed up and will file for summary judgment in the next day or so.
The drama continues, but I still look for a gap up in the morning.

Tau there is no certain answer here, just conjecture. I will say tho that from reading other boards the re-exam is probably months away, as many as 18. That doesn't seem to be the issue. Without knowing what the sealed motion is all we can hope, and perhaps expect, is some form of response from TPL/PTSC. The defendants are big money. I think they are just delaying the inevitable because TPL won't settle for a lesser amount.
There has been significant accumulation in the past week. At least from a chart perspective it looks like we have solid support around .56. All we need is a bit of positive news from the legal proceedings for the run to go. I'm hanging in there. All my opinion.

TheStreet.com report from 26NOV2007 on PTSC:
RECOMMENDATION
We rate PATRIOT SCIENTIFIC CORP (PTSC) a HOLD. The primary factors that have impacted our rating are
mixed - some indicating strength, some showing weaknesses, with little evidence to justify the expectation of
either a positive or negative performance for this stock relative to most other stocks. The company's
strengths can be seen in multiple areas, such as its robust revenue growth, largely solid financial position
with reasonable debt levels by most measures and expanding profit margins. However, as a counter to these
strengths, we also find weaknesses including deteriorating net income, weak operating cash flow and a
generally disappointing performance in the stock itself.
HIGHLIGHTS
PTSC's very impressive revenue growth greatly exceeded the industry average of 11.8%. Since the same
quarter one year prior, revenues leaped by 1903.8%. This growth in revenue does not appear to have trickled
down to the company's bottom line, displayed by a decline in earnings per share.
PTSC has no debt to speak of therefore resulting in a debt-to-equity ratio of zero, which we consider to be a
relatively favorable sign. To add to this, PTSC has a quick ratio of 2.45, which demonstrates the ability of the
company to cover short-term liquidity needs.
The gross profit margin for PATRIOT SCIENTIFIC CORP is currently very high, coming in at 72.90%. It has
increased significantly from the same period last year. Regardless of the strong results of the gross profit
margin, the net profit margin of -376.60% is in-line with the industry average.
Net operating cash flow has significantly decreased to -$2.13 million or 121.39% when compared to the same
quarter last year. In addition, when comparing to the industry average, the firm's growth rate is much lower.
The company, on the basis of change in net income from the same quarter one year ago, has significantly
underperformed when compared to that of the S&P 500 and the Semiconductors & Semiconductor Equipment
industry. The net income has significantly decreased by 132.8% when compared to the same quarter one year
ago, falling from $5.99 million to -$1.96 million.

Thats why the cat is the cat and I'm catching all the washoff. Down nearly 14% last 2 days. Good call. In typical fashion too as the company sits on their hands and does nothing in terms of pr.
An attorney posted on another board that he can see no other reason for a stay in the procedures than a settlement. Having posted that he also said that anything can happen.

Entry of order can be used to discharge and settle any and all claims by a Plaintiff, and the sealed exhibits are the Stipulation, in my very humble opinion(please note that the "v" has been dropped: Technology Properties Limitied, Inc., v. Fujitsu Limited et al
SEALED MOTION for Entry of Order by Technology Properties Limitied, Inc.,, Patriot Scientific Corporation, Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc.,, Matsu****a Electrical Industrial Co., Ltd.,, Panasonic Corporation of North America,, JVC Americas Corporation,, Toshiba Corporation.,, Toshiba America, Inc.,, Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc.,, Toshiba America Consumer Products, LLC.,. )

That is a huge question and, more often than not, you'll make a mistake....at least I do. LOL Ideally, you should just set a target goal for yourself and not worry about what happens after you sell. I like a 10-20% profit, but greed has screwed me many times, i.e. you ride a stock up to a huge new high, then decide to hold for bigger gains, only to see the stock plummet and then you're left HTB. |-{

RSI
Definition
Relative Strength Index. A technical analysis indicator which measures the magnitude of gains over a given time period against the magnitude of losses over that period. The equation is RSI = 100 - 100 / (1 + RS) where RS = (total gains / n) / (total losses / n) and n = number of RSI periods. The value can range from 1 to 100. Some technical analysts believe that a value of 30 or below indicates an oversold condition and that a value of 70 or above indicates an overbought condition.

don't get me wrong I am glad for the run today. but i really thought we would have gotten more of a left. up 47% at a high today down to 36% right now. is that all we got? or will she take off after lunch?
We are up 11%. Volume is nowhere near where it will be when this thing takes off. Word isn't out yet, and the note from Turley was obviously censored by TPL. It will take a bit of time, but if we can continue growing daily a couple of pct. points we will be fine. By the end of January I see us going places. The 10Q (around 1/10) should give a strong indication of where we are. Don't forget that Phillips signing is in there and the initial offer way back was for $22M. If it is that and with the other 3 signees we should eclipse $15M in earnings and more signings by then. We are moving. We won in TX. Our mgmt team leaves alot to be desired but with Aliancese and TPL handling infringement payments even they can't get in the way of the company making money.
I expect some signings to be announced soon and once we get over $1 we will start getting better notice. All is good. Rejoice in the settlement. Its a long-awaited victory. All IMO.

I think that's a nice summary. Remember, most of the market is delayed....all of us hardcore traders are on-top of this news and stuff, the casual traders are much, much slower to react. I'm usually in and out of stock before they pour a cup of coffee. LOL

Based on*the current information*provided*to the public and the pending PTO decision, it is my opinion, that TPL/PTSC has granted, w/out compensation (temporarily), the rights under the MMP Portfolio, pending decision from the PTO validating or rejecting the patents.*In addition, consistent with applicable securities laws and Patriot's insider-trading policy, the company's directors, officers, employees and consultants who have knowledge of the terms of settlement are restricted from trading in PTSC shares until after the company's quarterly financial reports are publicly filed next April.http://www.ptsc.com/news/press_releases/20071218.asp*All parties are pleased with the business resolution of their dispute and will be voluntarily dismissing their Texas and California lawsuits.*http://www.ptsc.com/news/press_releases/20071218a.asp*So, you are now saying that after suing for hundreds of million dollars, TPL/PTSC are pleased that they settled for NIL!!

Hang on a minute and take a good long look at yourselves, and maybe you will realize that you sound like a bunch of whiny b****es. Worse than any ex-girlfriend i ever had. That kind of attitude will only do you continued harm in the market. I don't necessarily mean to offend anyone, but geez, I guess I'm gonna have to live up to the image of my icon. Some professionals are happy if they make 20% a year. This stock just doubled in two months. If you got in at the last good base, you still had the chance at a 50% gain. If you are in the red, I know it sucks, but it helps to have realistic expectations.
If you are not familiar with the term "Sell the news," then you should be now. This selloff (and perhaps shakeout) was coming as sure as the sun rises every morning.
There is a lot of emotional speculation on this stock. Everybody wants to whip out the calculator and see what the share price needs to hit so that they can daydream about their bank account. Grow up. No one should be surprised that no numbers were released. Just like the other settlements, we will be able to deduce the amounts later. And why the hate for Turley and the board? Because they are not supporting the actions of amateur penny stock speculators? News and events will unfold in due time. If you are not happy with the price action, by all means sell. Otherwise, take what the market gives you.
If we can form a new base that holds at .64 or so, I would consider that very bullish. It is better for us in the long run (and I am in this for the long run although I will flip also) if we can go up step by step. We need to clear resistance and then demonstrate that level as support. If that happens, it indicates some pretty damn solid sponsorship for a OTC stock. So far I am encouraged.
As far as news goes, I don't know if we should expect much until January. We may not hear any magic numbers then, but when more settlements come in, and the company starts talking more about future projects, we will have a good idea of just how well they are doing. Just my opinion, but I am sure that plenty of things are going on behind the scenes that will provide a "tell" before long.

Gary, I deserved a warning after that post and fully expected to get one. I will be less negatively dramatic and more professional in expressing my thoughts in the future. My opening statement served no useful purpose (and indeed it is itself a good example of letting ego gratifying emotion override good judgment) and probably clouds most readers view of any useful information that followed.
My favorite thing about SMC is the fact that it is a well moderated board that maintains it's civility.
My sincere apologies to anyone I offended, as that is not what I intend to do here. Insults are counterproductive and by no means do I want to start some kind of silly flame war.

Maker of Test Equipment a Recent Spin-off from Agilent
CARLSBAD, Calif., Dec 21, 2007 -- Patriot Scientific Corporation (OTCBB:PTSC) announced today that Verigy Ltd. has purchased a Moore Microprocessor Patent(TM) (MMP) Portfolio license. Verigy is a premier automated test equipment (ATE) company with two decades of heritage in semiconductor testing.
"Verigy occupies an important position in the overall semiconductor industry," said Jim Turley, president and CEO of Patriot Scientific. "As chips get more complex, it becomes harder to verify they work properly, and Verigy's 1500+ employees make sure that our industry runs smoothly."
"This agreement is in the best interests of Verigy, its shareholders and customers because it removes the possibility of supply-chain disruptions," said Mike Davis, senior vice president, Licensing for Alliacense, Patriot Scientific's licensing partner. "A strong wave of interest from companies selling microprocessor-based products has propelled the MMP Portfolio licensing program to the next level, as over 45% of license signings have followed the favorable Markman ruling issued earlier this summer."
The sweeping scope of applications using MMP Portfolio design techniques continues to encourage the world's leading manufacturers of end user products from around the globe to become MMP Portfolio licensees. Since January 2006 over 30 global companies from the US, Europe, Japan, Korea and Taiwan have purchased MMP Portfolio licenses.
About Verigy
Verigy designs, develops, manufactures, sells and services advanced test systems and solutions for the memory and system-on-chip (SoC) segments of the semiconductor industry. Verigy's scalable platform systems are used by leading semiconductor companies worldwide in design validation, characterization and high-volume manufacturing testing. Formerly part of Agilent Technologies, the company began doing business as Verigy on June 1, 2006, and completed its initial public offering on June 13, 2006. BUSINESS WIRE
Posted: 2008-02-25 09:19:47
CUPERTINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)----Patriot Scientific (OTCBB:PTSC) announced today that Mattel , Inc. has purchased a Moore Microprocessor Patent(TM) (MMP) Portfolio license from The TPL Group, Patriot's exclusive licensing partner. "Mattel's purchase of an MMP license is yet another example of the widespread use of MMP Portfolio technology," said Roy Maharaj, vice president of licensing for Alliacense. The sweeping scope of applications using MMP Portfolio design techniques continues to encourage the world's leading manufacturers of end-user products from around the globe to become MMP Portfolio licensees. Forty global companies from the US, Europe, Japan, Korea and Taiwan have licensed the MMP Portfolio technologies, including many industry leaders such as Fujitsu, Hewlett Packard , Kenwood, Nokia, Philips, Sony and Toshiba.

Well, same ole same ole with this one. Strange that a company with the money they have and all the recent signings still can't gain anything. I'm convinced that something fishy is going on with this. Still holding some though and the April filing is supposed to reveal what the settlement numbers were. I guess we will see.

If the past holds true this should continue to go until April 15 Q report....or is it April 9? I think that is the day restrictions come off from insider buying. In any case, look for growth then a big selloff on news. IMO anyway.

Since our February 7, 2008 Update Research Report, Patriot Scientific announced changes in management. After the resignation of James Turley, Rick Goerner was appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim President. From 2002 through 2006, Goerner served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Transdimension Inc., an Irvine, California-based, venture-financed, technology company providing embedded universal serial bus (USB) silicon and software solutions. In addition, Donald Schrock, formerly of Qualcomm CDMA Technologies Group until his retirement in 2003, was appointed to Patriot Scientific's Board of Directors. Patriot Scientific's share in that revenue since January 2006 was $92.8 million. We feel comfortable with this new management team and look forward to the execution of the aggressive merger and acquisition strategy.

Letter to Shareholders from Patriot Scientific President/CEO Rick Goerner
BUSINESS WIRE
Posted: 2008-06-16 16:17:35
CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)----Patriot Scientific Corp. (OTCBB:PTSC) today issued the following letter to all shareholders.
To all shareholders and supporters of Patriot Scientific, the purpose of this letter is to update you on the impact of several recent public announcements that have had a downside effect on Patriot's stock price.
In this update, I will summarize my current understanding, based on discussions with our legal team, of the recent public announcements by the Supreme Court and its ruling on LG vs Quanta, ARM, regarding the '584 patent infringement ruling, the upcoming MMP(TM) portfolio patent re-examination process and future MMP(TM) portfolio licensing activities.
While I understand that I may not answer all of your questions, I will try to clarify some points for you:
Supreme Court ruling on LG vs Quanta - The Supreme Court, earlier this week, handed down a ruling denying chip licensors the chance to secure additional fees from chip component users (system suppliers) if not specifically covered in the contract. TPL has focused the MMP Licensing Program on system suppliers not chip suppliers and accordingly, the ruling does not have a significant impact on TPL's strategy.
ARM litigation and PR - The ARM appeal was based on a Stipulation of non-infringement of the '584, not on any ruling that the patent is invalid as implied on ARM's website. The USPTO re-examination of the '584 patent will probably not be completed for months. ARM's web release is misleading, if not inaccurate.
Patent re-examinations for '148, '336, '584 and '749 - Late last year the USPTO began the patent re-examination process for four key patents in the MMP(TM) portfolio. This is a time-consuming, detailed process that can take months, even years. The company cannot forecast the progress nor the eventual outcome. The review process is a lengthy one as each patent has different issues to consider. However, the prevailing conventional wisdom, supported by statistical data such as the recent study by Pat Choate, noted economist and student of the patent system, is that the vast majority of re-examination proceedings result in the strengthening of the patent being re-examined. This study will be posted on both TPL's and Patriot's websites for your review.
MMP(TM) portfolio licensing activities - TPL has announced 13 licensees since the December J3 settlements were concluded. While I understand the on-going disappointment of the shareholders who held high expectations for the J3 negotiations, the MMP(TM) portfolio licensing effort is alive and well. We expect TPL/Alliacense will continue to pursue and close new licensees.
I am, as we all are, frustrated and concerned about the downward direction in the company's stock, the decline fueled by the current uncertainties affecting the Company's key asset, the MMP(TM) portfolio.
In recent weeks the company has maintained its share buyback program, actively buying shares in the open market, as we view the current price at an attractive level to buyback shares. The company, however, has a daily share purchase limit set by the SEC, and our actions to support the stock are a mere "drop in the ocean" on high volume days like we experienced on Monday, June 9. Since the April resumption of the buy-back program, the company has purchased more than 2.8 million shares.
As for concerns regarding Patriot's financial condition, we have cash, no debt, a public company presence with access to public equity funds and the ability to transition into a viable operating company going forward. We are making good progress in identifying, assessing and positioning future M&A transactions as I will outline in more detail in my shareholder letter later this month.
I look forward to your constructive feedback and will attempt to clarify issues that can be disclosed to the extent of my ability.
Sincerely,
Rick Goerner

Letter to Shareholders from Patriot Scientific President/CEO Rick Goerner
Business Wire "US Press Releases "
CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Patriot Scientific Corp. (OTCBB:PTSC) today issued the following letter to all shareholders.
To all shareholders and supporters of Patriot Scientific, the purpose of this letter is to update you on activities at the Company. It is my intention to provide periodic communication to our shareholders through these letters as a means to provide insight to you on topical issues and to provide a uniform status report on activities at the company.
First, I'd like to call your attention to my letter to shareholders released last week (June 16, 2008) regarding the status of the MMP(TM) portfolio. This letter, and the referenced study, is posted on Patriot's website at Patriot Scientific - Home (http://ptsc.com). I hope that you have been able to review it and obtain answers to some of your inquiries regarding the impact of recent court decisions impacting our most important asset.
In this letter I'd like to focus on two other areas: an update on activities to expand Patriot's business and our plan to improve our investor relations (IR) and public relations (PR) efforts.
Update on positioning Patriot for future growth
I'd like to provide you an update on some exciting future prospects for Patriot. As I've outlined in previous letters, the blueprint for Patriot's pursuit of new Merger and Acquisition (M&A) activities to expand our business going forward consists of three activities:
1. Evaluate selective expansion of Patriot's IP portfolio by acquiring new IP:
Last week we announced the expansion of our IP licensing efforts into power management through an agreement with NuPOWER Semiconductor. The NuPOWER IP licensing efforts will focus on enabling customers to improve the performance, accuracy and efficiency of next generation power management architectures. One of their patents allows users to Program After Production (PAP) which will enable designers to specify tighter power specifications for their products. The initial validation phase of the agreement focuses Patriot and NuPOWER on certain 'benchmark' customers to validate the value proposition of NuPOWER's technology. As the PAP technology is forward enabling IP, we believe that it may help to develop a future royalty revenue stream for Patriot as well. Please review the press release posted on our website for more technical details.
We are continuing to evaluate other IP portfolios that involve microcontroller, embedded memory and networking IP. We will move forward with next steps to analyze the viability of their licensing prospects based on internal and external, market assessments, technical support needs and economic return to Patriot. We will provide periodic updates on our progress.
2. Pursue minority investments, undertaken as a strategic investor, in certain early-stage revenue or technology ventures that currently do not support a full acquisition decision, but that represent a technology or capability of interest to Patriot:
We have moved ahead with our announced plan to increase our holdings in Talis Data Systems. Talis is a manufacturer of multi-domain networking hardware. Patriot will directly acquire the shares of Talis held by SSDI by the end of July 2008 and we have made the initial cash investment to increase Patriot's direct holdings to 30%.
Talis' Datagent multi-domain hardware unit has received National Security Agency (NSA) validation and they will begin sampling customers this summer. Talis expects initial revenues later this year. Multi-domain interconnectivity between various government agencies is Priority #1 for the Homeland Security Agency.
Additionally, Patriot's minority investment (46%) in Scripps Secured Data, Inc. (SSDI), a manufacturer of secure cabling enclosures for security installations on government and military sites, is also yielding positive results as their business is expanding. SSDI will report a profitable result for the 2008 fiscal year on strong revenue growth. We expect that fiscal year 2009 will see continued positive results in revenue growth and profitability. SSDI's products are marketed under the Holocom Networks brand.
We have identified several other companies with very viable business prospects to assess as well.
3. Evaluate opportunities for full M&A:
We have identified, and are actively pursuing, several M&A opportunities in the software, networking and wireless technology sectors. After reviewing more than thirty plans, we have submitted term sheets to two software product companies. One has resulted in a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that has been approved by the Board of Directors of each company and we have begun our due diligence review.
The acquisition process can be both complicated and time consuming and there can be 'false starts' ending in no completed transaction as a consequence of the due diligence review, the negotiation of the definitive agreement, changes in the business of either company and other factors. So there are many more 'hoops to jump through' before we will be in a position to close, or announce, a final transaction.
We plan to utilize Patriot's capital resources (stock and cash) when considering the acquisition of any operating business. While we expect to use Patriot stock as our chief currency in any transaction, Patriot's strong cash position gives us a very solid negotiating position, especially in discussions with companies who have limited access to operating capital. I will continue to keep you advised of progress in subsequent updates or when a transaction is finalized.
As indicated in the opening of this letter, with respect to TPL's current licensing effort and information regarding recent court activity, please refer to my shareholder release of June 16 which is posted on the Patriot website for your review.
Plan to improve investor relations (IR) and public relations (PR)
It is my objective to continually improve the quality, uniformity and responsiveness of our communications to shareholders, potential investors and the marketplace. Since joining Patriot in February, I have reviewed the Company's IR and PR practices, expenses, shareholder feedback and, at the same time, anticipate Patriot's future needs for corporate communications on a broader scale. Through the end of July we will begin the transition of our IR and PR to a new organization.
Effective August 1, 2008, we will bring the handling of shareholder inquiries 'in-house' with a dedicated resource here in the Carlsbad office. This way Cliff, Paul and I can provide uniform direction and improve responsiveness, and the quality of response to shareholder inquiries. As a result of this plan, we are parting ways with both the Hoffman and Hawk Associates agencies effective July 31, 2008. I want to thank both groups for their past support, but feel it is in the best interest of Patriot that we move in another direction with respect to our IR and PR efforts.
We plan to engage a new IR firm, shortly, to drive a more proactive investor relations program aimed additionally at new equity fund investors, both in the US and abroad. I expect to launch this effort in late September of this year.
We have begun planning for the annual shareholders meeting. The preliminary date for the meeting is October 30, 2008.
I'd also like to clarify that many of you were also under the mistaken impression that Patriot has continued to sponsor postings, and the monitoring of postings, by Agoracom for a fee. We have taken steps in the last month to clarify that with Agoracom and the site no longer references that point. In fact, Patriot did not extend its participation beyond the original 2007 trial period.
I cannot, of course, control what information you choose to read, or accept as factual, about Patriot (though I had hoped to provide, within the limits I am able, much of that information to you in letters like this one). We cannot comment on all the messaging out there, nor will we comment, specifically, on conspiracy theories, accusations of wrongdoing, manipulation of the stock or any other unfounded allegations.
I hope this letter has provided you with some additional insight into the status of key initiatives at Patriot and that I have answered some of your questions. I look forward to your comments and additional questions.
I believe that we are making good progress with respect to our plans and that we are truly expanding the company's business potential. I look forward to your support during the transition ahead and remain excited about the opportunity to build a strong future for Patriot Scientific.
Sincerely,
Rick Goerner

USPTO Affirms Key MMP Portfolio(TM) Patents After Multiple Reexams
PR Newswire
posted: 8 HOURS 23 MINUTES AGO
CARLSBAD, Calif., Sept. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Patriot Scientific Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: PTSC) announced today that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has affirmed the validity of US'336, the most widely recognized patent in the MMP Portfolio(TM).
Recent decisions regarding the Company's MMP Portfolio, licensed by more than 60 global manufacturers, significantly strengthen the patents and its licensing effort exclusively conducted by The TPL Group.
Recent key developments include:
August - September 2009. The USPTO indicates it will issue a Reexamination Certificate for the US'336 "Dual Asynchronous Clock" patent, ending reexaminations filed by NEC, Toshiba, and the Public Patent Foundation; while rejecting another attempted attack by litigant HTC.
July 2009. The USPTO issues a Reexamination Certificate for the US'584 "Multiple Instruction Fetch" patent over the reexaminations filed by litigants NEC and Toshiba.
January 2009. The German Patent Court confirms the validity of MMP Portfolio patent EP'730 rejecting a "ity action" brought by Deutsche Telecom.
Combined with favorable "Markman" Rulings in the Eastern District of Texas in 2007 and the steady addition of new licensees since the launch of the Licensing Program in 2005, the MMP Portfolio continues to represent one of the most important electronic patent portfolios.
"We are pleased that the US Patent Office action has strengthened the MMP Patent Portfolio," said Rick Goerner, Patriot's President/CEO. "This outcome represents an extremely positive development and which we believe will significantly strengthen the MMP Portfolio(TM) Licensing Program moving forward."

PTSC looks like its going to complete a bullish cup pattern at .15
PTSC completed the cup pattern and now we hope it will make a handle for the cup. The cup pattern is a bullish pattern and often the handle is left off or is a small one. The 2 year chart also could see another cup pattern at .22 or a pullback for an inverted head and shoulders pattern.
