About Conforce International
Management of the Company has been in the shipping container business for over 25 years. Conforce operates a multi-acre, full service container Terminal that provides storage, handling, repair and transport to International Shipping Lines. In addition to its core terminal business, the Company has, since 2001, been in development of a composite material designed to change the way shipping containers and highway trailers are made, worldwide. The environmentally friendly product, registered as EKO-FLOR, was recently certified by the American Bureau of Shipping for use in shipping containers. The Company will now be entering into field trials in the European market with its latest EKO-FLOR product for highway trailers. The Company's mission is to provide a suitable alternative to the wood floors currently used in containers and trailers. Conforce research indicates that the specific wood required for container and trailer flooring is rapidly depleting and that a suitable alternative is in high demand. Management seems trustworthy and devoted to succeed, though sales are taking longer than expected (Doesn't it always?). Management has stated numerous times that it has no intent to sell shares - company is self-sustainable up to this point with its container storage division (R&D Costs were a major expense last year and marketing will probably initially be their major expense). Sentiment seems to be that Q4 of this year may yield contracts for their EKO-FLOR product. Other product lines have been vaguely mentioned, but not elaborated on to much extent. EKO-FLOR is currently not patented.
EKO-FLOR has been highlighted in some industry journals - including WORLD CARGO NEWS: (http://www.worldcargonews.com/htm/nf20070309.410461.htm). The shipping industry seems to be crying out for an alternative to Apitong and bamboo woods. Inital expense of EKO-FLOR is higher than the above two, but management has stated that companies would realize a ROI do to reduced expenses throughout the life of the product. A specific benefit would be in containers utilized in food transport. If a spill/leak occurs on a wood floor, the wood must be removed. EKO-FLOR will not absorb the contaminates - plus its termite proof (4 out of 5 termites recommend the taste of bamboo over composites.).

I'd love to know everyone's opinions on this stock. Anyone else in here holding? What do the elders of this board see when they look at this stock?
