This used to be EXEG. The move to the AMEX brought about a name change. Chart just took off again today making a run back at $5.

Opko Health, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, develops therapies for the treatment and prevention of ophthalmic disorders and diseases. Its product candidates include bevasiranib sodium, which completed a Phase II clinical trial for the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration (Wet AMD) and diabetic macular edema. The company is also developing product candidates for the treatment of Wet AMD, which target other pathways involved in the pathogenesis of Wet AMD, including hypoxia-inducible factor 1 alpha. In addition, it is developing products for the treatment of dry age-related macular degeneration and retinitis pigmentosa diseases. Opko Health has collaboration and license agreements with University of Pennsylvania, Intradigm Corporation, Pathogenics, Inc., University of Illinois, ZaBeCor Pharmaceutical Company, LLC, and University of Florida Research Foundation. The company was founded in 2006 and is based in Miami, Florida.

Phillip Frost, age 70, is the vice chairman of the board of directors of
Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited. He served as chairman of the board
of directors and chief executive officer of IVAX Corporation from 1987 to 2006,
when it was acquired by Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited. He served as
president of IVAX Corporation from July 1991 until January 1995. He was the
chairman of the Department of Dermatology at Mt. Sinai Medical Center of Greater
Miami, Miami Beach, Florida from 1972 to 1990. Dr. Frost was chairman of the board
of directors of Key Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 1972 to 1986. He also served as

OPK has a bullish inverted head and shoulders pattern with a possible cup pattern at $5.00

OPK has entered the buy zone. moving out of a triangle pattern and looking like it wants to make a nice move.

OPK making a consolidation pattern. There is a good chance that OPK will make another move up out of this pattern.
