Selling has dried up, since its a low floater people panic and sell quick. Record high volume and there wont be much profit taking tomorrow morning since only the strong hands are in now.

I didn hit it today, Dai. In at .05 right off the bat and out at .08 around 15 minutes later. lol. I'll take 60% any day of the week. Thanks for this. I'll be keeping an eye out for re-entry.

I spoke with the CEO (Sean Lee) this afternoon by phone and got a couple of interesting bits of info.
First let me say he was very polite and took the time to answer a couple of questions. He wasn't trying to escape the phone call as quick as he could as some ceos do. I can't remember everything but here are the important parts.

Mr. Lee did confirm that a merger was in the works but said it had taken alot longer than what they had originally thought. He went on to say they had hoped to have the merger completed this month but it now looked like it would be September.
He said that this wasn't a done deal but that the company they are merging with is now sharing office space with them and he felt it would happen as planned.

He mentioned the stock price movement and said there was 8 or 10 people in communication with each other and they would run the price up and then take it back down. That could explain the sudden jump yesterday to .09 and then the sudden fall.

I know people thought the merger was going to happen in the next two weeks but things happen. I actually feel better about this than I did before talking to Mr. Lee. The wait will be longer but at least we know its not just a rumor.
I'm in pretty heavy but anyone not in this might put it on radar and look for an entry. I really think this will be huge when the merger occurs.

Fear and Greed are the two biggest motivators here. Don't allow them to influence your judgment. It is the hardest part of trading along with Money Management. I did not follow those two principles when I bot this. Buying at the high makes your holding period a lot longer.

This is pure speculation so don't risk it if you can't lose it. Hopefully all that has been posted is true and correct. I believe people until they give me a reason not to believe them. I have no reason not to believe anyone here yet. There are no "nevers" in life only "never yets." This type of BB is susceptible to front running. So keep that in mind when you are looking at something.

This is just one avenue of investing that I am exploring. Other methods I have played the dead cat bounce with some limited success, low pe value investing, the IBD way, special dividends, only dividends, REITs, Trading only one stock both long and short (channeling), and following insider buys. To date following insider buys has paid off the most. I like to follow a guy named Lloyd Miller III. He finds undervalued companies and forces them to show their value. I probable told you you a lot you really didn't want to hear anyway but maybe you can get something out of it.

The charts look like it could turn and run up again. The trades today in looking back-some very big individual blocks traded: 100000, 53800, 72500, and 20000 in 4 trades in late afternoon.

This one could really take off if the pressure is applied and it could be fun

I thought the same thing..... ;) I have one that will sit in first place for a long time LBTN I sold out and it sold all but 10,000 shares and kept falling to never return. I now have 10,000 shares worth 1.00 and even thats restricted ....rofl

I can only speak for myself on this one. I got in expecting it to run up and the MM's just squashed it like a bug---no volume at all and still none today yet. I am in the red and waiting now for some kind of move at some point. I thought it was legit when I got in, but now playing it like a scam pump-my opinion only-If I get close to green-I am out on this doggy

There's no activity because there is no activity if you know what I mean. It's like watching paint dry. Just hang in there. Eventually someone will want our shares.

I was looking at there website. I was reading the founders newsletter he sends out monthly. i am not sure how old it was maybe june. he says he is merger with a complementing company. has this happened yet? if so who, i am wondering if this is why the stock is taking a beating. It also looks like most of there pr is in the months of oct. and nov.

oh there is no telling, but 300 to 1000% but there will still be patients involved to get the most out of it.... still about 30 days to finalize the merger... but at least they have given the name of the other party this time.

I'm back. I didn't get a chance to look at this until last night. My account says a lost more $$ on this. What did it get up to?I am still holding out for my $1/sh. I need a new house so it must be a $1 or more soon.

I wasn't in Florida, I was in Ocean City MD. My mother is a little strange. She lives right near the Jupiter Inlet which has a couple of great parks and beaches there. For some reason she drives two days to go to the OC beach when she could drive 5 minutes and be at the Jupiter beaches.

Not much going on here but I came across this while trying to find a reason why I bought this "train wreck of a stock". Apparently the founder and CEO of 30fold, LLC is John Godzich. John Godzich is a AMWAY distributer and a large one at that from what I have read. He is connected to the Bush family through another AMWAY person, Doug Wead, who went on to work at the White House under Bush 1.

Now, what I have gathered from reading up on this is that 30fold, LLC is a Multi Level Marketer with a fund raising aspect for Christian organizations. 30fold was limited in offerings to such things as Christian books and music.
