I'm expecting to see some real status reports on the training progress and the construction of the hanger for the Aerostat plus how about some photos?

Seems odd that the latest contract made the stock drop. That makes no sense. Would a new contract cause the price to drop more? Can someone explain this to me?

Was looking back thru the 10K and I think I found where some of, if not most of the dumping is coming from. I must have overlooked this because of the wording. I found where Arah(Tricord at time) issued 14,785,716 shares valued at the time at $1,182,857 (or $0.08 per share) to cover some debt, which I believe was to Regent Capital. The problem is I didn't pay attention to how much debt was actually eliminated with the shares. The shares were issued to cover only $385,000 in debt and $345 for interest. The company took a paper loss of $797,512 to settle the debt. If you add $385,000 and $345 you get $385,345. You take that amount divided by 14,785,716 and that gives a avg share price of .026. Which this has primarly been the bottom so far.

Looking at the shares traded in June, it appears Arca sold 475,320 shares in June, which is about 60% of the 809,522 that were traded. As we witnessed, Arca is the most likely used MM by Regent to sell. I hope I am right on this bottom, if so, then this "MAY" be a good buying area, however, we need a steep increase in volume so Regent can unload and release us to move up.

I'm not sure of all the numbers but my gut feeling is that if both we and ARIA are lucky, then they will not need to generate additional operating $ by selling cheap shares! if they do, then they will start down the slippery slope of sub penny stocks and all the loyal folks will bale on them, no matter what the Company says!

Not sure if anyone saw this yesterday but the US Army is testing LTA airships again for missile defense. Notice this was by Raytheon, a competitor to General Dynamics, the new owner of the camera systems ARIA is deploying.

I called the Aria PR person and asked if he saw the post below; he did not know about the article (SPACE.com -- U.S. Army Revives Old Airship Concept for Modern Mission) and said, "he had No Idea" if ARAH talked to the Israelis...

Today, ARAH closed above the trigger point for the Parabolic SAR and is currently registering a bullish signal. The current Significant Point, below which a reversal to the bearish side would occur, is 0.03.

The Stochastic Oscillator is registering a bullish signal as the %K line is above the %D. However, ARAH is neither overbought nor oversold."

So with the Bid & Ask at 0.039 & 0.04 things should be more exciting tomorrow! I believe that Aria (ARAH) is going to start it's climb back above a nickel toward a dime and more!...

Aria International Inc., the subsidiary of Aria International Holdings, Inc., a company focused on providing specialized surveillance and communications solutions to a global customer base, announced that it has completed purchase of an Aeros 40D Airship S/N A40D-21 from Worldwide Aeros Corp., a California corporation based in Montebello, California.
According to a release on July 1, the company noted that delivery to Thailand is expected in a few days.
Also, Aria has pre-positioned its permanent team in Thailand to smooth inclusion of the Airship into the Surveillance program.
Aria previously announced on May 20, the agreement to purchase the Airship from Aeros as a deliverable under its contract with Kingdom of Thailand, Royal Thai Army (RTA).
Aria International Inc. is under contract to the RTA to provide in-country surveillance and communications solutions and services. The RTA agreed to purchase certain intelligence and surveillance equipment from Aria for an aggregate purchase price of $9.7 million. Aria will also provide the RTA with certain ancillary services including installation, training and the construction of an airship hangar. The terms of the contract require complete delivery and integration of the surveillance system within 120-days of contract award.
The RTA system is composed of an Airship, imagery capability from high-definition cameras and down linked communication facilities to a mobile command platform that are targeted to meet the requirements for this special procurement. Under this contract, Aria is responsible for delivering a complete turn-key solution, conducting initial operations and continuing maintenance tasks as well as providing training to the RTA personnel on the proper implementation of the equipment being delivered. Aria will also install and integrate high-definition day/night camera systems on select Royal Thai Army helicopters.
President of Aria International, Mike "Bing" Crosby, stated: "We continue to make progress on this important surveillance program and we are pleased with the current schedule to deliver the system to the RTA. Our solution provides state-of-the-art surveillance and communications systems to assist the Royal Thai Army with necessary capabilities to counter the increased insurgent activity and threats of crime, drug trafficking and terrorism."
