Nite and Hdsn keep inching the bid up.. However, we are going to need nite and hdsn to bring the ask down to. this 12-13 cent spread just isn't going to cut it. At least no one wanting to sell much down here..

If their economy takes a "hit" then ARIA might suffer by having their order delayed... Their stock is not really trading now that the market maker has raised the BID to $0.20 and the ask is being raised by a penny a day (now at $0.07). This is just a "show" between a few folks and not trading as I would like to see it. If a few folks have this much control over the stock then I'm going to just wait until free trading resumes.

Some of the issues could relate to people waiting on the shares they got as TRIH to be converted to ARAH. I bought a few shares when the symbol was TRIH and Etrade says the Transfer Agent for ARIA is sending them manually, which can take 4-6 weeks. If this is the case, then maybe all those that had TRIH shares are stuck on the sidelines.

Who are Nite and Hdsn? I'm guessing they are Aria's Market Makers.

BTW: The spread could be $10, who cares, if nobody is buying and nobody is selling!

The longer this goes on without a really good Corp. "reason" (i.e. large new contract, Big $ influx, etc.) the more nervous "new" investors will be, and until many more investors have stock to trade this Company will continue to be held captive by the "Market Maker Pirates"... ARRGH...

I called the Company today. When I asked him why the stock is not being "traded" (now the ASK price is $0.51), he said that he thinks that some news will be coming out soon and that the sellers are waiting for that before selling any more shares. He also said that the $0.51 price was probably just put there as a place holder (my words, not his)...

Bid is currently sitting at .10.. I could sell for a 100% gain. I must be stupid not to sell. Just don't know where we will be able to buy in future.. Bid goes much higher and I may have to hit the sell button...lol

kinda disapointing to see them with an e on the end for not filling on time. hopefully they get it done soon. i am in at .045 also.

Sounds like they are just changing auditors and will have everything in order in due time. I got some shares at .044!

ARIA INTL HLDGS(OTC BB: ARAHE.OB)

I'd like to read a quick post on the why of the "E" was added...

I'm guessing from the other posts that ARIA did not meet a Corp. disclosure deadline and that put them into another "E" grouping...

I'd also like to know if this will "reset" their stock price chart because if it will, then perhaps the Company wants this to reflect a higher spread & price so they can make it look like they have been trading at a higher price for a while instead of just for very brief time (with no volume reported, the bid and ask do not reflect any actual reality!
