the e was added because the deadline was not met for thier financials. it will not effect the price or charts or anything else. the spread the mm's do on a low float pink or otcbb stock when not many trades. this is all normal. if the company does not get the filling in ontime the stock will be delisted from the otcbb and become a pink sheet again. they aplied for the extentsion and did not meet the extension guidlines.

I called the Company (IN ALL MY OWN WORDS):

1. Yes, they have missed the deadline (and received the E), but they are in the process of having their "new" accounting firm prepare those documents for submission, hence the delay/missed deadline. Financial submission ETA is 1 < 2 weeks so that their required submission will be well within the month+ "window" that they are allowed before they would be returned to the pink sheets.

2. With their previous posting of item 4.02 Non-Reliance on Previously Issued Financial Statements, their volume is now at a standstill until both the market makers and the buyers have the new Financial information.

3. If their stock zooms upward to the current ASK price of $0.35 then folks like us will be sorry we did not buy more than we did; if on the other hand the stock returns to where it was trading (or below!) then we will be glad we waited out their Financial Report!

4. IDEA - The smallest volume I've seen traded is 200 shares; is anyone really well connected (& has a small trading fee)? If so, then perhaps you can take "the point" and make some tiny trades to see if it is their market maker or the market (US) that is not trading this stock. That would at least put the BID & ASK back into action and also produce some volume in trading, who knows, this might be the time to acquire some more low cost shares before they start trading (higher?) after the Financial reports is submitted.

5. I'm guessing the price will go upward (not downward) after the Financial Report is completed, what do you think? Also consider this, if we bought more, the total price of ALL our shares would still be "low" (because of the shares we already have bought below $0.05); I for one, would like the stock to actually traded (again) ASAP!

bid ask is starting to tighten a bit.. .105x.18.. I had put an order to sell about 2k at .20 and right after that, the ask dropped to .18..

How about dropping your # of shares & your price in steps and perhaps we can start some trading today; if a few folks are "holding us up" perhaps we can trade through them and jump start this stock!

they have tightened bid ask now... .08x.0995.. Looks like 25k traded at .10..

I noticed the $0.101 and the $0.135 spread and wondered about the volume being zero (so far); if the volume continues to stay really low, what do y'all suppose that means, especially in light of the delayed paperwork & new Accounting firm? Is this just inner trading between MM's or actual increase in stock pricing? What is the chance that we will be looking back in a few weeks and wishing it was still less than $0.15 or even $0.25! Any one have a crystal ball or a gut feeling?

The one thing it tells me is that they mm don't have alot of shares available to trade. Because the mm are in this for the money, and without trading it, they make none.

I bet that is the case; if the "old" MM have been doing business as usual at or below $0.05, and now folks are buying it at double (and soon triple!) that amount, they may now be in a squeeze as it looks like nobody is dumping their "old" TRIH shares. I figure that all the "older" existing stock holders are also waiting to see what the new Accounting firm has to say about ARIA and that in itself will help the stocks price "grow". Because the price is still "low" I'm thinking that most will decide to hold on to their shares for the near future. What do y'all think?

Looks like a trade went thru at 13.5, but as you suggest I'm holding onto my shares, wishing I had gotten more.
