been doing some digging in the original filing Tricord made to go public. It again makes me feel real good about this price level, as a getting in point. Here is what I've found.
Regent capital was offered options to buy 283,000 at .01. This is the ony bad pps I've found, but 283k shares could be absorbed pretty easily.
Regent also was paid back shares for debt. They received 453,000 shares at a pps of .25. That is a real good pps for us.
Another 159,000 shares were given at a pps of .50, don't believe it said who it was too.
The other kinda low number was with a consulting firm for at least 100,000 shares at .05 pps.
Another 1,071,000 were given at .071, again, a good bottom point for us, especially if your avg is below that, which mine is..
The biggest thing that they filed was registering to sell 9,845,500 shares. Now those shares were listed at .07, but not a guarantee to be sold at that price. It also listed all the shareholders whose shares were registed to sell at the time. They are listed below. Now this doesn't mean they will sell soon, only that they are registered to sell, so basically meaning, there won't be another filing for them to sell, I don't believe.

The first number is how many shares they own, and the second is how many they are registering. Some are registering all there shares, and a couple just a portion. Doesn't look like any executives are on the list.
So if they sell at .07 or higher, again we are in good postion here. I'm sure most would like much more than .07.
So I would say that .07 should, and I do stress should, be a very good bottom for us as we start moving up. Hope this helps. I will post more when I have more time to do more DD..
