Okay, did a bit of looking into these guys. Not a lot to be found right off. I called the t/a and Yahoo's numbers on o/s are not correct. In April the o/s count was 107 million. Now it is 120 million. She did not have the accurate float. I also placed a couple calls to Tom O'Brian, Neah's IR guy. He never returned a call and the last time I called it went right into voice mail. Obviously Tom turned his phone off. I called the company again and the CEO was out for the day (so I'm told), but the receptionist was kind enough to tell me that they are getting many, many calls today. I guess that they have a few angry shareholders at this point. All that I really know is that I watched them the last 2 trading days regularly on L2's and NITE has virtually never left the ask. They may fall back for a moment, but they buck themselves right back to the front of the line very quickly. I hate to sound like a dilution monger, but if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, it's probably dilution. Always the bottom feeder, though, I will still keep an eye on this for the bounce. It stuck me early today for a small loss (because I didn't take the green when it was there), but then I got in and out later for a gain back. I will probably do it again. http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NPW...=2&a=112005929

Looks like this should help out
Office of Naval Research Finalizes 2006 Appropriation of $1.4 Million to Neah Power SystemsLast update: 7/17/2007 8:05:28 AMNeah Power Revenues to be Collected over the Next 12 Months BOTHELL, Wash., Jul 17, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Neah Power Systems, Inc. (NPWS), a leading developer of fuel cells for military applications, notebook computers and portable electronic devices, announced it has received a contract award from the Office of Naval Research entitled "Design of High Power Density Direct Methanol Fuel Cell Stack Utilizing Porous Silicon Electrodes" in the amount of approximately $1.4 million. Based on the 2006 Department of Defense budget appropriation, the contract has a 12-month period of performance and revenue will be collected based on cost reimbursements. "Our unique approach to fuel cell technology for portable devices was instrumental in our securing this appropriation," stated Paul Abramowitz, CEO of Neah Power. Slowshoes post sure is indicative of further dilution since it made the pps do nothing. lol. Still back on radar for the elusive bounce. http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NPW...m=1&a=97761638

Well I've jumped in today, though I should have waited 10 min's and I could have gotten in at .24 instead of .25...lol Anyways, I'm thinking it will be back above .30 by weeks end.

Can it turn or what? Indicators are aligning, now come on and follow through. Definitely looking for some volume. http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NPW...=2&a=112005929

Klipper, at what point do you look at entering on something like this if it starts to move up? I know you've said before you look for confirmation of a trend break when the RSI crosses 50. Is there a resistance level that you look at for jumping in as well? PPS breaking an ema like 20 or so? Entry points are something I'm still trying to figure out. I seem to be finding that taking a gamble to get a jump on it and getting in as soon as it makes a move up but before it actually hits a point of resistance or ma marker of some kind ends up being too early many times and it's a false move and drops back. But waiting (as I've read some places to do) for it to confirm a trend reversal by crossing some resistance point or whatever with good momo tends to be too late sometimes and the run ends as soon as I enter. I've also seen info about waiting two days for bullish confirmation on the candles. What's your take on all that?

I'm starting to get where I'm seeing alot of the settups that you, greencat and others spot and describe, but entry points are puzzling me a little. I'd like to feel a little more comfortable with a guide on that part before starting to play these too heavily. I'm interested in holding these for a few days to a week etc then getting out when the indicators start showing signs for pullback or reversal. (I guess that's swing trading?) I'm not wanting to day trade.

It will go on the back burner a bit now and I will give it somewhere around another week (just a guess). But as long as it is holding this support area, I will keep an eye on it. May go no where. You just never know. It's gonna have to blow through .26 with volume to get my attention.

NPWS has now set-up the way I like to see a bottom play. Looks ready to bounce up.
