NEW YORK, April 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ...CLARIFICATION OF YESTERDAY'S PRESS RELEASE SpongeTech(R) Delivery Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SPNG) On Tuesday, April 29, SpongeTech announced a new order for Uncle Norman's(TM) Pet Sponge, SpongeTech(R) has received a signed purchase order, along with a letter of credit, from the buyer. The total amount of product purchased by the buyer exceeds $7,500,000. We have begun production with shipping to begin in July 2008.

SpongeTech(R)'s customer is a well-known and established Media Marketing Company with many products now sold through television infomercial marketing. The Uncle Norman's(TM) Pet Sponge will be added to their growing list of products. For contractual, as well as marketing reasons, we have agreed not to disclose their identity of our customers. This is a normal business procedure in the Media Marketing industry.

SpongeTech(R) COO Mr. Moskowitz said, "Our contract with the buyer stipulates that it is the client's obligation to pay for all media and marketing costs. It still has a great set-up. It been a funny week for me on this stock. I have been ready to pull the trigger a few times. The recent p/r should have sent this one going up big. This may be the clue to sell-I don't know.

I have an expression I use, "biting my toenails".
This has certainly been one of those stocks.

The stock market is about decesions and making them at the appropiate times. I have struggled with this stock all week but held my shares. Logic dictates that it should have made the move. My plan now is that it must hold .04 by end of day or I am out. At which time it will probably explode up.

Yeah, i'm up about 11% right now, there has been alot of hype with the PR that is out. I guess this coming week will be interesting since their product will be airing on the Price is Right. I've been debating on accumulating some more. What are your thoughts about going long on this?

I've been reading all the message boards I can find on SPNG, mainly the investorhub and yahoo boards. Everybody seems to be going goo goo ga ga over this. Except for the few that are saying it's being pumped.

I've haven't been trading long, and have my fair share of losing. So i've been trying to do as much DD as I can. I found a few references to Jonathon Lebed being paid with shares to promote spng, but apparently he has already sold his 1 million shares that were given to him already. But people are saying he's still sending out emails about spng.

Everything else i've seen, just seems to be personal opinion.

I'm really trying this time to not lose money and looking for indicators, but I'm still new to know what to look for. I bought your CD a while back and watched it a few times, I should go over it again.

Just wanted to say thanks for your help, it's greatly appreciated.

-Lebed now that explains alot.
If this stocks goes down and 5 years later goes up he will take credit for it..I don't like Lebed and his stocks seem to go to a point and fizzle. Lebed does not email these stocks for the benefit of others he does it for his own benefit..

The Price is right is interesting and may kick up the pps.

I am not going long on it. Take my money and walk down to the next one..

Still the set-up is there and hopefully we reel in some green this week..

Very good to know. Thanks for your insight, At least now I know where you stand on this. I may wait for the price is right to air and see how it does. If the pps doesn't go up, I'll probably cash in. Even with all the PR, the 10k is still ways away (august). So the way I see it, nothing is official till then. We don't even know how much they spent on advertising.

This is what Lebed said in his email on friday.

here's a post from dmvg429 on the yahoo boards about the scheduling of spng. Not sure where the source of that info came from though.

October 30, 2007 – Company states they have $10 million in scheduled orders all to be delivered by the 3rd quarter of 2008. Seeing as how they have already booked $279K for the quarter ending 11/30/07 and $1.5 million for the quarter ending 2/29/08, that now leaves roughly $8.2 million left to be booked before 9/30/08.

November 30, 2007 – Company now states they have $14 million in scheduled orders to be shipped over the next twelve months. Now we have an additional $4 million to be shipped sometime by 11/30/08.

December 20, 2007 – SA Trading places a re-order for $2,475,000, no time frame on delivery noted in the PR

January 29, 2008 – SA Trading places a $2,385,000 order for the Puddle Pals and Pet Sponges. Delivery is as follows: Puddle Pals 12,000 to be shipped 7/25/08, 12,000 to be shipped 8/25/08, and 12,000 to be shipped 9/25/08 – Pet Sponge 68,000 to be shipped 9/15/08, 68,000 to be shipped 10/15/08, and 98,000 to be shipped 11/15/08. February 19, 2008 – Commercial hits the airwaves, being advertised nationally on cable & satellite networks.

March 4, 2008 – US Asia distribution places a $2,750,000 order to be shipped between August and December, 2008.

March 23, 2008 – Increased the advertising of the commercial hitting the cable & satellite national networks by 30%. Will be aired now in 44 states.

April 8, 2008 - QVC Venture unconfirmed sale of 12,000 units or $221,640 hitting in current quarter 5/31/08

April 13, 2008 - Gabe Kapler hit homerun that hit SpongeTech signage and made news channels ABC New York, Fox New York CBC New York. Spongetech was flooded with calls and website hits.

April 14, 2008 – Dubai places an order worth roughly $1,000,000, no shipping time frame noted in the press release. Now here is perfect tropical paradise, weather conditions from January thru December range from 73 thru 79 degrees. Peak hot season is from April thru October with temps 81 thru 100 degrees.

April 18, 2008 – Russian distributor places a $450,000 order, no shipping time frame noted in the press release. Russia’s experiences the same summer time frame as the US, from May thru September.

April 24, 2008 – Spongetech goes green and offers free green sponges to the first 10,000 customers.

PRODUCT SHIPMENTS

Product shipments for the first two months (March and April) of our fiscal fourth quarter, which ends May 31, were $2,200,000, and we are estimating shipments for the full fourth quarter to approximate $3,300,000. We are excited and very pleased with the market acceptance of our products, and also pleased with the results of our marketing program.

ORDER BACKLOG

Our order backlog for both Pet Care and Auto Care products is in excess of $23,000,000. We are experiencing strong demand in the United States and very strong demand from international buyers.

PRODUCTION

Independent sub-contractors using our patented technology and brand names produce our products here in the United States. These sub-contractors have adequate capacity to meet our growing demands.

FINANCES

Our balance sheet and cash positions have greatly improved due to the increased sales of our products. We do not expect to have any dilutive financing in the near future.

OUTLOOK

We are currently in negotiations with major retailers who are now evaluating and "test marketing" our products. For contractual and competitive reasons, we cannot further elaborate. At this time, I may add, we do not have signed contracts or firm orders and there is no assurance that our proposals to these clients will be accepted.

We are also in negotiations with a major supplier of Brand Name household cleaning products. I'm having a hard time finding the exit point... I almost pulled the trigger when it popped up to .048. but it started to fall again. Should i just cash out now?

to be on the safe side you can always sell half your shares, take your inital investment and some profits out and leave your free shares. that way you take out the risk and you still have some shares to play with if you want.

This is a tough stock to be in even though I am up pretty good. From the P/R's it should be over .20. Trike informed us Lebed pumped this.

Since its not moving like it should we know someone is holding it back by selling. I have a real itchy trigger finger and I do not like what this stock is doing.
