This play was brought to chat last week by
GDog and I got in for 10,000 shares @ .027 I had really no clue as to what was pushing the forward but have since learned that its a reverse merger play that has just been discovered. The best thing I see so far is that this merger has been done without a reverse split and maybe even bigger is the fact that some big players are in this one and pushing it hard on other boards. Do your on DD because this puppy was a sub penny just days ago.
Here is some basic info that I copied from another board. Again do your own DD but this will get you started.
No news or info was released. Then on April 13th, there was a name change and symbol change:
Target Development Group (TDGI): 14:22 4/13/2009 TGTD Target Development
Normally this would be accompanied by some sort of reverse split, considering TDGI was trading at the subber level, yet there was none. There was no activity until June 2nd, 2009, when the new company finally released an initial disclosure on
PinkSheets :
http://pinksheets.com/otciq/ajax/sho...d.pdf?id=21554 .
This disclosure went unnoticed until this past week.
First thing you will notice is TDGI is looking to getting into a few niche markets. They have a MEDIA division to focus on HD content programming and the other division to focus on :acquisitions in the Website Marketplace, Real Estate, and Green/Alternative energy market.
So that is the business side, more of that to come in another post at another time.
Share Structure
Here is something that caught my eye. First off, the Transfer Agent is ungagged and has provided an updated Share Strucuture as of June 28th, 2009 of:
Shares Outstanding: 150,870,610
Float: 57,667,870 Target Development Group (TDGI): Update from T/A:
The Share Structure has remained the same for a year! So the SS is tight, but now take a look at the disclosure and read carefully:
Our executive officers, directors and stockholders who own or control more than 5% of our outstanding common stock together control approximately 95% of our outstanding common stock.
95% of the O/S!! That leaves us with approximately 7.5 million shares in the float!!!!!! Huge IMHO
Officers and Directors
This is the part that really struck me. Take a look at the two bios for our CEO and his partner. I haven’t seen resumes like these on a pinksheet CEO in quite some time.
Alan J. Bailey just left Paramount as a VP in 2009, one of the most successful Hollywood studios. He was an executive there and he would come to be part of a PinkSheets company??? hmmmmmm. And our CEO was : CNN both as a “live on-air” operator, as well as “on air” control for CNN International. Additionally, Mr. Boyd-Smith worked as a production manager for Turner Broadcastings’ inaugural 1986 Moscow “Goodwill Games”. He also “He has served as a high level confidential consultant to leading investigative agencies, law firms and Fortune 500 companies on matters of divestitures, acquisitions, complex litigation and matters of corporate fraud, international business intelligence, proprietary secrets and security.”
Here is the full Bio’s:

In 1987, Mr. Boyd-Smith rekindled his interest within the investigative arena and pursued private investigations. So how is this company funding itself, dilution??? NOPE!
All Development activities are borne by the Company and funded from the proceeds from private investors.
That is a snapshot on what’s going on here. Tons more DD to come. That is enough to get me excited.
Now here is the chart. Looks like Blue Skies now that we broke the 50 and 100dma and busted the Top BB:
