Newbie here with a request for advice.

CCGY (China Clean Energy) looks promising today at 1.5. The MA's are crossing over each other, the MACD looks good, and the on balance volume seems to be ramping up. Resistance seems to be up around ~2.2

What am I missing? The volume seems light at 130,000. What else looks iffy?

Guess what I'm asking is if anyone else think this looks like a buy or not. I'm thinking about pulling the trigger in the morning...
