SMC is a different kind of stock forum. When starting a new thread in the Main Stock forums, the title should state the company ticker symbol, name and exhange only. This is our standard format:
XYZ - XyleneYamahaZepplin Company (NYSE Stock)
PLEASE DO NOT POST WITH TITLES DIFFERENT FROM THIS FORMAT IN THE MAIN STOCK FORUMS!
We also ask that you include some basic DD or charts to help potential investors with their decision. A simple link to finance page such as Yahoo, Google, etc. will suffice. Like this:
DRYS on Google Finance
Please state your opinion on the stock and back it with some fact. We like to know why you may like a particular stock. Don't just come here to pump a stock! If you want to pump, you better have some DD, facts and opinions to back-up your post or it might be moved or deleted. Starting a post with "This is the next big thing!, Going up 500% soon, etc." is not acceptable at SMC.
If you want to post a thread that is not specific to a company, please use one of the other appropriate forum sections. Do not post in the Main Stock forums! Those forum sections are reserved for discussion related to specific companies.
