editing post completely now b/c doing more than just checking pps and am kinda getting that all of this litigation between vonage/verizon/sprint just may work out down the road that is if all end up being in a business together, which may end up being the end result (kinda get that verizon is screwed and is gonna have a hard time getting that kind of money awarded again).... am definitely not forgetting to put this on watch in the morning and if it pulls back to $1 land then i'll be on it this time but have a feeling this may be seeing some better prices in the future >>> so aufan you just may get another op to make even more money :o
Vonage Receives Partial Remand in Verizon Patent Litigation

"Vonage announced today that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit today partially remanded a March 8th jury verdict in the U.S. District Court in Alexandria, Va. that the company infringed on three Verizon patents. The U.S.
Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit remanded the infringement verdict on the 880 patent and affirmed the verdict on the 574 and 711 patents. Further,
the Court of Appeals vacated the entire award of $58 million in damages and the 5.5% royalty. The Court of Appeals remanded the case to the U.S. District Court ..."
