I personally want to welcome mike to our forum. I did not ask him to come over to help answer questions he called me and asked if it would be ok. To me this shows commitment, class, and the desire to help our members. Their customer support is the best you will find and alpha trade has made a commitment to providing SMC the best customer support in the business. I know Gary and I are very proud to be partners with alpha trade and you are not going to find a better service to help you succeed in the market

Mike welcome to SMC. I am most pleased that Alpha Trade is going the extra yard to please our members.

Alpha trade provides an extremely important service to traders at a price well below the competition. I am very pleased to know we now have a "point of contact" inside Alpha. Not only for me but for all our members.

I also urge all of our members to at least give it a trial run. Its free and I think once they have tried it out it will be a tool that as a serious trader they will relish and enjoy beyond trading.

I have stated before just watching the news as it hits the wire in real time is something I enjoy doing. The news is provided by Alpha in its basic package. I have picked a few stocks off that I have otherwise never heard of or didnt pull up on one of my scans.

I am truly satisfied with the service of Alpha. I am also looking forward to working with you and the members of SMC to help make Alpha even better. I enjoy the fact that Alpha is not resting on its laurels and always are looking for ways to provide better service.

I also enjoy the fact that Alpha wants the input from our members because they stand out as taking it to the next level. We are proud of our members, as well, and absolutly want them successful.

Paul and I both feel Alpha is the edge that can take trading to the next level. Paul, Aufann and I are also here to help members in their Alpha Trade experience. We welcome all questions on how to use it, to helping explain level 2. Alpha will be an asset as we all move forward in our trading experience.

Thank you.

I have to say the timing for Alphatrade was perfect for coming on board. I was getting tired of Etrade and only kept them for the Etrade Pro benefits. I set up my trial with you guys Thursday and after seeing what they can do I finished the paperwork to move my account to Zecco. By the way Portfolio Manager is slick. I like being able to see all my accounts from 3 different brokerages in one place.

Hello and Welcome Mike Jackson,

Ok a little feed back.... on the charts.... would like to see more parameter sets allowed for SMA's to overlay the price panel.... and the ability to change the colors of each parameter... I tried adding EMA to get the other parameters I wanted but both moving averages used the same colors... which get quite confusing trying to read the chart.... Gary teaches us to pretty much watch the SMAs for 200, 50, 32, 20, 10, and 5... which is six parameters... can congest up a graph.... but give you something to base several factors off of.

Also yall offer the fast and slow Stochastic but not the full?

And the ability to store charts with the ability to link to them from a post here would be nice also.

Just my thoughts... so far.
