This news just in tonight. This should give ADOBE the shot in the arm it needs! I kind of figured they'd come through on this. Adobe software is the gold standard in the large spectrum of printing, pre-press and the ad biz. A software link with Kinkos wouldn't be worth jepardizing that.
Also, Photoshop CS3 is beginning to launch into widespread use also. A Photoshop Expo will be held at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas from September 6 thru 8, 2007.

SAN FRANCISCO -(Dow Jones)- Adobe Systems Inc. (ADBE) will remove a prominent but controversial link to FedEx Corp.'s (FDX) Kinko's shops on its Adobe Acrobat and Reader software programs after much criticism from printing companies.
Printing-industry executives were heartened and surprised by Adobe's capitulation. "I'm amazed. I really didn't expect them to do it," said Kenneth B. Chaletzky, president of Dulles, Va.-based Copy General Corp.
"We're pleased that Adobe was responsive," said Joseph P. Truncale, president and chief executive of the National Association for Printing Leadership, which he says counts about 3,400 printers, designers and graphic-arts companies as members. "Clearly this was a mistake, and Adobe admitted that."
