Default High yield stocks-LONG HOLD

I try to find the beaten down stocks that still pay high yields. Looking for both Quarterly and Monthly payouts. Trying to focus on 10% minimum yields. My goal is to buy in a bulk amount on the dips and sell off some at the spikes to ride FREE or as close as I can get. This way I have 2 advantages- very low PPS and collecting the DIV. Most of these are small positions as I've just recently started this strategy, this is what I hold- so far. AEA-free/ AOD 8.50/ APL-free/ BP-25.64/ DOW-4.75/ DUK-14.37/ EROC-3.87/ GAIN-free/ GE-free/ PEI-5.12/ PHT-10.29/ TTO-4.96/ WIN-8.45-- I will be constantly working to get my PPS down, also some of these dont pay 10% because I already had them. Any thoughts, ideas would be GREATLY appreciated. Also I will be working on the riskiest ones first, I learned a lesson with EROC they slashed the DIV and have taken a beating for it, I originally got in at the 5.00s and have since loaded the boat ( I own 7000 shares avg 3.87- my largest holding ) JMO I feel they will be fine even though they are rated a sell= book value is just over 7.00 PPS. Anyway this is my plan, to build a constant income portfolio that will appreciate over time. I'm keeping my dayjob otherwise I would starve!!!

It's a great idea, I like to keep a few divy paying stocks as long-term holds. I'm a little concerned with some that have super high yields though. One of my fav divy stocks is PG, I've held it for years and will continue to do so. I've taken advantage of the dips to add to my position....the last divy was 0.44.

Of course, if you've taken time and read though this forum section, you probably saw how much I love dividends.

I added DSU at 2.95- seems semi safe, missed this months div but it dropped enought to cover the payout.
