MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - 02/16/10) - Atlantis Technology Group (Pinksheets:ATNP - News) announces results of the Board of Directors February 12th, 2010 meeting. The Board has decided the following:

The Board has received confirmation for the GOTV IPTV service launch date of March 1st, 2010 from Global Online Television Corporation.

The Board of Directors has approved an additional dividend of GOTV shares to shareholders of the parent company Atlantis Technology Group, a record date and a pay date will be issued after the next Board of Directors meeting scheduled for March 5th, 2010.

The Board of Directors has approved management to form an MP4 advertisement company for the purpose of increasing the revenue for the GOTV IPTV service. An additional Press Release with a full explanation of this business venture will be released in March 2010.

The Board of Directors has approved management to form a video production company for the purpose to produce new content and add additional revenue for the GOTV IPTV service. An additional Press Release with a full explanation of this business venture will be released in March 2010.

Regarding Atlantis Technology Group's additions to management and the Board of Directors, at this time the Board has postponed any appointment until after the launch of the GOTV IPTV service.

The Board of Directors has approved management to retain a Public Relations Firm.
