I spent 32 minutes on the phone today with Selam Tewolde of MCCY. What a nice lady who is very helpful. Here’s what I learned:

Their corporate address is:

There are 16 employees in this office occupying 13 separate offices and they use the entire 3rd floor, or about 4,000 square feet of office space. By the end of the month, the company will have approximately 25 employees. The company also has a small branch office in downtown Montreal, mainly where meetings are held. This address is:

At the present, the company believes they can achieve $100 million in sales in 2007. I told Selam that Downshire Capital told me that gross profit margins are in the neighborhood of 80%. My main question was what the net income picture would look like. Salem thought the net income would equal approximately 70% of the gross income.

People ….. this is larger than a monster. I am selling many other stocks to take an even bigger position today in MCCY because the EPS numbers are going to be outright scary. I was able to confirm an outstanding share figure of 75 million and even if we use $20 million (not $70 million) as a net income number and apply a P/E ratio of 20, we’re looking at a PPS of $5.33

That is a 10-bagger from here, but I believe Salem thinks (and states everyone else does as well) we’re really looking at a stock price of over $20.00 in the next year or so. If this doesn’t get you excited, then stick with your current crappy stocks that are full of dilution and broken promises. Today ? I’m taking the bat off of my shoulder and swinging for the fences.

I do believe the company will buy back shares when the big dollars start to roll in and that will increase your investment gains significantly. MCCY meets with the D.O.T. this Friday and I can’t wait for the CC one week from today."

Goddamit, it hit my stop loss at .58 then promptly moved back up to .61 on the ask. Oh well, it sold out at a 120% profit for me so I can't complain too much. I'll be watching this and jump back in if the momo holds.

I have limit order for .63 for tomorrow morning I just wish I would have jumped in when it was brought to my attention at .20

Dropping like a stone today. Looks like the rally's over for now. The product looks good and there's a lot of buzz, but I think the stock ran out of buyers. Will get back into it when the charts indicate... there's more money to be made here.
