Hey, BT!
Yeah, every "long" support this. And if you haven't read the posts on IH, the "usual suspects" are desperately trying to put doubt in the minds of the longs. This, after months of bashing everything about this company. LOL. They didn't see this coming and now they seem desperate to prevent it.
I wonder why...
If you still have your shares, please be sure to read the PDF document and vote your shares. According to the Consent Solicitation, 125,000,001 shares/support votes will be needed to pull it off. So even if you have only a couple thousand, every single share counts!
It would be a shame to be short just a few shares.
Please send in your White card as soon as you can.

Zoom it's hard to figure, but there is a competing technology out there I suppose it could be sour grapes. There definately seems to be a concerted effort against the CRAM, it's just that the focus is now off bashing the company and Rafael Huppe. My shares will be voted for 'change'. |

I understood the reasons for the bashing of the company, the CEO and even the technology. If you remember, the very same same people who pumped this stock back in the summer of 2007, were the ones doing the bashing in 2008, plus a few new personalities. They claim to not own shares, but are on the IH message board practically 24/7 (taking turns). There definitely seems to be at least 2 groups with their own agendas. Some of them focused their bashing on RH, some on the technology.
What I can't figure out is now that a move is being made to oust RH, Why is it that some of them are trying so hard to prevent it. I'm not savvy enough about these matters, but it seems to me that "someone" (other than RH) must have a lot to lose if a change does take place.
Could it be as simple as: if the change happens ---> things get better ---> the share price rises ---> the shorts (if any) lose.
Or, the change happens ---> things get better ---> the tech gets to market ---> the competitor loses.
What else could it be...?
Can you help me out with this one?
Gonna fix me some snacks and continue watching the "show" over there.

I wasn't in this for summer '07, I bought for the first time as the pps declined thru 30 cents thinking it would bounce. I averaged down with profit from other plays, will be green a little above 2 cents but I'm really liking the potential. The coming weeks will be interesting to say the least.
I just can't figure what all the alliances are, but if they were pumpers in '07, and bashers now I would have to guess they are tied to Biocognisafe somehow = sour grapes. Like you just not savvy enough to dig it all out, but not enough invested to where I feel like I really need to. I agree it is a good show and entertaining to watch. Between that board and the Spongetech board I can barely keep up and I'm home on vacation this week! |

I'm liking the new direction better and better.
July 1st update at ECTFriends.com ;
The ECT Recovery Committee (the "Committee") seeks active stockholder participation in the election process. The consent solicitation is for stockholders of Effective Control Transport, Inc. our first opportunity at corporate democracy. We therefore encourage the stockholders to make the most of it by seeking transparency, including of the Committee. Because the amount of information that could be placed into the written Consent Solicitation Statement is intrinsically limited, stockholders are welcome to send their queries on all matters that they may deem of importance at info@ectfriends.com.

Well I tested out the invitation to contact ECTFriends with a question and I got a quick reply. I am enthused about all I am reading and am starting to think we have a good opportunity to finally see the CRAM hit the market. Time will tell, but in my eyes almost NOTHING good has happened since last fall. Lots of time wasted.
Anyhow, my question was regarding how financing would be done since it seems there still is some work needed to finalize the CRAM. Here is the reply I received;
Jeff,
Thank you for your email. Each member of the Committee is himself a stockholder and shares your concern.
Financing is needed, as you remark, to complete the development and testing of the CRAM and then produce a sufficient inventory for its commercialization. However, the Company does not now have access to traditional debt financing because of Mr. Huppé peculiar lack of credibility, the number of potential legal liabilities that he has burdened the Company with and the lack of reliable accounting systems and procedures. Finally, future financing must not hurt current shareholders.
We believe the solution is multi-faceted but every solution will entail some amount and form of equity financing. The trick is to minimize its impact among current shareholders. Thus our plan entails the following steps:
· First, obtain a bridge loan from existing investors to immediately operate the Company.
· In the meantime, reform and clean the Company in order to transform it into a more attractive corporate vehicle for institutional lenders.
· Eventually obtain whatever equity financing is absolutely necessary to cover the shortfall.
I am sorry I cannot give you more details than the above for the time being but will surely do so as soon as the election is over and have had the opportunity to complete our meetings with investors.
Thank you for the offer to share information. We absolutely welcome the opportunity and encourage you to share this email if you find it appropriate. ECT shareholders must know that we will always answer any question they may have.
Sincerely,
