This looks like it is at the early stages of a breakout. On watch. Current levels look attractive in my opinion.

The Company maintains that the action taken by the Board is one of many that embrace a comprehensive Company Capitalization Policy designed to increase equity valuation, enhance the potential for equity investment, discourage short trading activity and, most importantly foster a longer term investor attitude.

Other then the reverse split of the Company's common stock initiated last year on November 6th 2008, the Company currently has no intention or plans to do another at any time in the near future. The Company indicates that as of February 18th 2009 the estimated issued and outstanding non-restricted tradable float was just shy of 658 million shares. Very thin on the offers, I think this truly is just a matter of time before this has a very nice breakout.

Currently at .0002 x .0003 for nice entry.

Watch for .0005 bid to signal very bullish breakout indicator.

DAMASCUS, Md., March 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Syndication Inc., , reports that on March 1st, 2009, the BOD of Syndication voted to approve a 5% Restricted Common Stock Dividend for all shareholders of record as of 60 days from the date of March 1st, 2009, (Official Record Date is April 29th, 2009). On this date, (April 29th, 2009), the shareholders of record will receive a restricted stock dividend equivalent to 5% of their recorded shareholdings. Up big today (over 200%). Had a VERY bullish close today. Closed just below its HOD (.005) at .0049. It just tapped .005 right before the close. I was going to just day trade this one, but all signs pointed northward so I held on. Interested to see what happens tomorrow. Be great if we saw another break out!

Something interesting happened today. Im not that experienced in this sort of thing so anyone who would like to try to solve this please do!

At the close the ask was at .0028 and closing PPS was .0028. A minute after the market was closed 8 orders for 9,000,000 shares each at .003 were executed followed by an additional 6 million and some change at .003.

One possible theory is that they are diluting the stock, but why would they dilute above the close/ask price? Others range from a big investors to just unsettled trades. Personally i dont have a clue. Any theories?

SYNJ might have possibly bottomed out. It filled the gap at .0016 yesterday at the close. Opened today fairly level then took off to get as high as .0027. Its currently at .0023, but i feel that between yesterday and today we have bottomed out. I am still holding all of my shares and plan to ride this one up.

Goodluck to us all, i have not lost faith in SYNJ.

Up another 15% today to .003. HOD so far is .0032, looking good.

Lots of rumors buzzing around. The biggest one I have heard is a potential Reverse Merger.

A member from another forum has been in contact with the CEO and has confirmed through him that there hasnt been any dilution and they dont plan on it(among other things). I know the CEO might not be the best resource, but it is still somewhat satisfying.

This play is risky, but if you have a few bucks lying around might not be a bad investment. The chart also looks primed. Its been holding a 600% gain for the last week or so and the price has been consolidating for a few days and really tightening up after bouncing off the low of .0014. The previous gap at .0016 has been filled as well and hasnt looked back since. On June 17 check out the candle stick. Definitely looks like a Bullish Engulfing, nice strong indicator. Potentially forming an ascending triangle as well with the close around .0025 the last few days in a row?

Either way if news is released this thing with BOOM. Its proved it can hold the .002s and might not be a bad area to get in. Company looks legit and some potential for money making here. Wanted to give you all a heads up or at the very least get your opinions.

I continue to have faith in this stock. Today it is paying off(and hopefully the beginning of a huge pay off). Lots of rumors circling around about a potential reverse merger(r/m). Opened today at .0019 and hung in there all morning with relatively light volume. As of the last 30 minutes volume has shot up as a result of crazy buying going on. Current PPS is .0024. Might be worth a gamble here!

SYNJ actually seems like they could be a legit company. Should be interesting to see where it goes. Im not one to bet it all on a PR, but if one is released with a hint of something like a r/m then itll skyrocket.

SYNJ is actually the umbrella to the company Pinnacle Energy. Pinnacle Energy is a company that specializes in "clean" or "green" energy. One fuel they are currently trying to offer are biofuels. In the most recent PR SYNJ announced they appointed McCutcheon Marshall Jr. as the chairman of Pinnacle Energy. This is where it starts to get interesting. Mr. Marshall happened to be the CEO of Sentinel Renewable Energies Inc.,(SRE) the ticker isnt SRE though...thats a totally dif company. NOW in another prior PR it was stated that SYNJ "engaged the 'Rossi Law Firm'" to help its Pinnacle project. After doing some digging it seems one of the things Mr.Rossi "specializes" in guess what....reverse mergers. This piece to the puzzle is HUGE. If this is what it looks like SRE would R/M into SYNJ(Pinnacle). Here is the PR talking about Rossi Law Firm:

If all of these things line up and are what they appear then we are in business. There have been other rumors flying around as well, but this is the only one Ive consentrated on and been able to make a connection on my own.

On the technical side of things back on the 17th SYNJ formed a bullish engulfment pattern (can be a strong reversal signal) but it was a failed signal as the following few days were red. SYNJ was able to hold its support (.0016) between the 17th and now. Yesterday a hammer formed (another signal indicating a reversal in the current trend) so far today its looking to be confirmed as SYNJ is up nicely as of right now.
