Hi all,
Long time no "see"! I still have my TDCP, just haven't been on the board in ages. Thought I would stop in and say hello. One of my other long term holdings has made a big move out of the "basement" as I feel TDCP will...I wish I could say when! But, this has given me some encouragement regarding TDCP, I feel it is a matter of when, not if. Still hanging in there til they turn out the lights!

The company has released a NT 10-K for 12/31/08

Not happy.

Based on what I read in the filing they are delaying it due to "The compilation , dissemination and review of the information required to be presented in the Form 10-K for the relevant period has imposed time constraints that have rendered timely filing of the Form 10-K impracticable without undue hardship and expense to the registrant."

I'm the controller for a family-owned business with 2 locations in 2 states. I'm also a 1-person office, and I was able to get all my year-end paperwork done all by myself for a multi-million dollar enterprise with upwards of 25 employees!

I call BS on this.... they should have had it done..... >:-(

Kaz... There are so many things about 3DICON thats bs it would be tough to know where to start. Should we expect anything different from a company who can't even take 10 minutes to update their website?

I have come to the conclusion that if we actually expect them to do things in a timely manner we are the coneheads.
