One can probably guess the questions that I asked.
As to comments made by Mr. Keating, I am not made aware of his personal conversations so I cannot comment as to whether or not the information you received from Mr. Stemmon’s is accurate. I can say, in very general terms, that when working for a public company (on any level), there are laws that must be followed; these laws make it impossible for individuals to give out any information that can be construed as “inside” or “speculative”. I have no doubt that this can serve as a source of frustration for all involved but frustrated by this or not laws are laws and they must be followed. Please remember that we all have our personal, professional and financial reasons for wanting 3DIcon to be a huge success and any lack of communication should not be interpreted as anything different for it is in desiring such success that we at 3DIcon follow all the regulations to the letter.
As for the website, there have been numerous changes made to it including the very things you mentioned in this email and in previous ones. Were it left to my digression, the updates would be visible for the public at this very moment but all corporate information (including the website) must be approved before being made public. The website is only one facet of the daily workings of 3DIcon that are not regularly seen by the public but make no mistake we are all working extremely long hours each day toward the end goal of the 3DIcon technological and financial visions.

But appreciate the response Kingfisher.

Good, measured response, which does make sense to me. However it also tells me that they are so over worked that approving changes to the website are routinely overlooked or they just don't believe its a high priority. It should be relatively easy to approve the webmaster to make minor, updates as they are made by the company, like the addition of press release links on the home page. Yes, they have all the current press releases on the site, but if you look at the list of links on the home page, a person would think there hasn't be any press releases for months. Those are minor, cosmetic things that could be kept cleaner by someone, and wouldn't need individual management approval.

I told them that if I were a new investor and went to their homepage that I would totally think that they are way behind or out of business. I think that it is a disgrace to have "Most recent Releases" listed and then have crap from more than a half a year old under it, on their Home page. I told them to just delete that section and they would be better off.

How can they claim to be on the cutting edge of communications when they cannot even manage a decade old innovation?
Come on guys, really?
Good thing we don't ask them the Tweet!

I hear you there brother...I'm also hoping that 3D will allow me to punch my retirement ticket about 10 years ahead of schedule. Does anyone know how long the licensing agreement with ARIA is in effect until. I wrote their IR and asked them over a month ago and never heard back. Those clowns better be pounding the pavement looking for suitors for C-Space. Sure would be nice to wake up one morning and read that Disney/Pixar or perhaps someone like Sony has agreed to pay major bucks to use this cutting edge 3D technology...

Just finished reading the last two weeks-worth of posts.
I guess GG is still not out of the picture.
How long will their dumping continue?

Hi, was wondering if someone could tell me approximately, off the top of their head, in layman's terms, how much stock there is now (perhaps tradeable stock) compared to how much stock there was during the run up to 3.27?
I remember their being some talk about how much float there was at one time; Is that float doubled? tripled" quadrupled?
Easy now, just trying to learn a little bit. I would research myself but, honestly, don't know where to begin. Thanks.
