Easy now, just trying to learn a little bit. I would research myself but, honestly, don't know where to begin. Thanks. | The float has always been kind of a mystery. However, the Outstanding Shares has always been known. When it ran to $3.27 the O/S was around the 90,000,000 range if I remember from the filings. We are now in the 200,000,000 range. So O/S has doubled plus some. I'd say the Float has more than doubled. I say that because GG wasn't around when we ran and we know they have put over 40,000,000 shares into the float alone.. Hope this helps..

I have a question? I want to buy 100,000 shares is it a good time?

I don't own it but I've been watching it and if you look at the 6 month chart, it looks like it is very stable at it's current price, with lots of room to increase!

Here's a riddle for anyone out there to solve...I know that Raz has spent plenty of time crunching the numbers of shares dumped into this...But with the cash burn rate where it is for 3D right now (not sure what it is myself on an annual basis) wonder how much of the $13.5 million GG coin they've used up so far??? 3DIcon signs financing agreement with Golden Gate Investors of San

1 2 Next » An agreement for $13.5 million in financing has been secured by 3DIcon Corp.
The communications technology company has an agreement with Golden Gate Investors of San Francisco to issue two convertible debentures for $1.25 million each. The debentures are convertible into common stock of 3DIcon.
Tulsa-based 3DIcon will receive $250,000 immediately and up to $10.9 million more over the next two years.
The money will be used to continue research of 3DIcon's technology and provide investment into marketing of the resulting products, said Martin Keating, 3DIcon's CEO.
University of Oklahoma researchers are working under a sponsored research agreement with 3DIcon.

It appears that 3dicon still has $10,745,591 available. They've used up all the first $1.25 million debenture. They still have $378,787 left from the 2nd $1.25 million debenture, but they must file a registration statement to get it. Not sure why they haven't done that yet. The final $10,366,804 is what is left of the 1,000,000 share warrant at $10.90 a share Problem is, if they were able to still get all that money(warrant) and the pps never dropped or rose. GG would be able covert that debt into 1,036,680,400 shares. So that is very bad. The deal says that its for around 2 years. I guess they've extended it a bit. Working on 3 1/2 years now. Next time, find a tougher question. Not really sure this was a riddle though.

Since they haven't received anymore funds from GG, they realize what a negative they are and are limiting their exposure, and also hopefully know how close they are to having something really available for sale, wether its CSPACE or something connected with the OLED patent that would bring in big $$$. Summer is in full swing now, I would think we would hear something soon!

The corporation went public on February 13, 2003 with a name change to 3DIcon on February 17, 2004. Sticky's hunch of maybe something happening in week 333 would by my calculations, if correct, make it sometime this week.
My gut feeling at the time was that something exciting would be happening by week 339. That works out to be on or before the week of August 24th, 2009.
While my moods over the last 3 years have swung back and forth from expectancy to despondency, for now at least, it appears that the TDCP train has been taking on many more paying passengers, and getting ready to leave the station for an unknown northbound destination.
As we seagulls say, "We'll sea."

As we seagulls say, "We'll sea." | Thanks for the quote seagull(339). You are so right, 333 weeks and 77 months have just past and we almost missed something very important that
just happened. Something I believe has not happened before at 3Dicon and it happened at the end of the 332 week. Yes someone, board member Victor Keen purchased a big chunk of shares. That's PURCHASED not received in form of payment or gift. That sure has to mean something. I don't attach
any magic to numbers, but life seems to run in cycles and the next cycle
may have just started for 3Dicon with big things on the horizon. And the next big news may be the week of seagulls 339 number. Who knows. Stickymetal still here and waiting. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
