If there just happend to be big news soon, they might now have to issue the shares, but have the revenue to cover cost. That is a big IF though.

Adam gave me this news on Facebook just before I was leaving for an air show so I had about 1 hour alone time to think back through the past 3 or 4 years.
Guys I have been saying it for along time and this is only another piece of mk's deceptive puzzle. We can act shocked or disappointed but did we not all deep in our hearts know that this is exactly where we were headed?
Warning signs were everywhere but for some reason we all at different times ignored them. Probably because we had our eyes set on what we thought was almost a sure thing.
The only sure thing with TDCP is MK lied and misled through his 2006 press release and NUMEROUS emails that he knew for a fact was being spread around to the tdcp faithful. What should we expect from a man that once said he wouldn't sell a share for under 500.00 but was later willing to do so @ .35 so he could donate money to his favorite charities.
As a post above said... We are in the long term now decreasing our share value by two thirds which as of now would put us at 004. I see no way around it sub penny is coming VERY SOON. The sell off will probably start Monday. I for one plan to sell at least 100k.
I'm tired of the lies and games. I could have got the same thing from Rufus on CSHD.
BTW... I plan to start putting together some of mk's email and different statements. I think between a few of us here we can blow the lid right off mk's game.
**** Prediction: Class action suit to be filed at some point in the next year**

I guess MK should be very nervous about 3d ICON now in reality he will be have to be watching behind his back. I believe in karma, eventually karma will get him. I bought at .75 2000 shares no biggie but to watch read and waste all of this time to end up here. The only positive part of it all, is the honest investors .I guess in a way, once this is all said and done we did get some return on our investment but it came from the investors not from the stock we invested in. Honesty and integrity is very hard to find and I know their is a lot of that here

I choose to stay positive about this investment! Been in too long now to give up..........
Some good development news or even a shareholders meeting notice would be welcomed however!
fyi.... James Cameron talks tech, Avatar at Comic-Con | Entertainment | Film | Reuters James Cameron talks tech, "Avatar" at Comic-Con
Q: With "Avatar," "TRON Legacy," "Toy Story 3D," "A Christmas Carol," "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs," and "Alice in Wonderland," 3D is a big theme at Comic-Con 2009. How does 3D move beyond this upcoming slate of movies.
A: 3D is going to be a lot like color was. It was initially introduced on the biggest movies, and it gradually spread ultimately over a 25- to 30-year period to the point where you couldn't make a black-and-white movie without the permission of the studio. I think the acceptance is really accelerating now that it's market-driven. Audiences love it and the quality of the 3D is so much higher than it's ever been in the past -- in terms of the acquisition technology like our fusion camera system, in terms of how animators are using it, and in terms of the projection technology. They are taking away all the impediments that kept it from being anything but a fad in the past, and now it's all upside.
Q: So you don't see this current wave of 3-D as a fad?
A: The last couple of years have demonstrated audiences will pay for this premium experience. We're off and running on what I call the 3D Renaissance. I think it's definitely here, and it's here to stay. When I was looking at 'Avatar,' -- whether to make the picture or not and how to make it -- for me, 3D was not a question. I thought it was superior. There was a question of how fertile a ground it would fall on in terms of available theatres, but it looks like we're there. It looks like we're going to have more than enough to make back the additional costs of 3D,

TCDP definitely has the technology but no one is buying. I think most of the big companies have their teams working on 3D to, the difference is they have the money to do the research. With nobody interested in 3DIcons technology must tell you it really ain't ****. But I guess we will never know, MK knows what the company is capable of, problem is he is not man enough to inform the people that back him the most what the state of the company is or headed. I'm just becoming a whiner like a lot of people on here, don't want to bring anyone down. I'm just not going to post anymore forget about 3DIcon for awhile.

I've been in since the initial warrants were issued and I've received no notice or proxiy of additional shares being issued. Has anyone besides Razor's friend?
If true, it's not good news but I'm hanging in. No use to turn back now.

What about OU guys?
Thats stand for University of Oklahoma. Would they really enter in and continue working with someone they really didn't have a good working relationship with?
Something to just possibly think about.

If anything the people on this board have been the extreme opposite. There is a difference in a whinner and someone wanting to know 3 years later what the heck is going on and we still know nothing more than we did in 2006. We are still waiting and still only hearing PATIENCE. THINGS ARE HAPPENING. JAW DROPPING THINGS
Saying the tdcp shareholders are whinners remind me of an old joke:
A young man was going into the priesthood and was told he must complete a 3 years internship but during these 3 years he would only be allowed 2 words each year.
At the end of year one he went to his review and was told "You haven't used your two words this year would you like to use them now"? The young man replied "Hard Bed". He was then dismissed and went about his business.
At the end of the second year he once again had saved his two words so when ask if he wanted to use them he replied " Terrible Food" and was once again dismissed.
At the end of his 3rd and final year he went to his review and again had saved his 2 words. When ask if he wanted to use them he replied " I QUIT" to which his superior told him " You might as well, all you have done since you have been here is complain"
*** I think the lid is going to blow off this 3d dream and we are about to see what has been hidden for several years. Good or bad this sore is coming to a head VERY soon (IMO)
