I still think it won't get that high for another 10-12 months at a minimum. If it even happens by then. I will be surprirsed, but we can't get ahead of things again. We just set ourselves up for disapointment.

As I have said before, the current technology still needs a lot of work. They have proven that it will work, but now need to improve and scale to a larger size. Then ARIA and it's partners will need to take that revised technology and make another 3D scanning display technology demo, then develop or start manufacturing that product, and finally, start selling the end product. That will not happen in the next 10-12 months IMO. However, achieving milestones towards that end will help our share price and potential for other agreements to fall into place.

Weatherdude will appreciate this analogy... 3DIcon has proven that they can make a 2cm X 2 cm 3D snowball. Now they need to roll that snowball and a couple other 3D snowballs in some wet snow to make larger ones. Then stack these 3D displays on top of one another to form a giant snowman. We can then spray him with red kool-aid and pray he starts dancing!

I agree whole heartedly with Cyclone.

ARIA is one of many doors possible for security/military apps.

The next snowball could come from any direction, and be any size to start.
I check the news each morning, knowing, not hoping, that one day there will be a whole snowman staring back at me.

OK, why is the 10/21/08 link on the 3DICON.net website now gone? This was the one that stated that they had reached a MOU with ARIA to rep for contracts. Did they now have a contract with ARIA and are updating the website perhaps? Anyone know?

Maybe the system the website is hosted on crashed, and they had to reload the last save point. Shot in the dark, but realistic.

The website looks like that it reverted back to what it was before they added that. It is all speculation.

I was about to agree with your possibility - but then I checked the 3dIcon website News page and the Press Release about winning the Technology of The Week Award is on there, which came after the announcement of the MOU.

I think something's up - and I pray its not bad.............

Heck of a catch. I had informed the IR to correct or post something about TD Ameritrade removing its restriction on TDCP. That has not been made yet either. They are probably just making sure there are no conflicting comments in the P R and the agreement. I would not make anything of it at this point.

Here's my guess and I emphasize the word "guess"!

IF you were going to move from a status of MOU to an actual agreement with ARIA, it would stand to reason that for the sake of new investors that you'd want to replace MOU with a statement of agreement as to not confuse. In other words, the actual statement that there IS an agreement is far more important than one is pending. Make sense or am I alone on this fantasy island?
