I think I might know why the ARIA press release was removed. I found this.

In the press release ARIA incorrectly stated it had a relationship with Decision Science Corporation. Currently neither 3D Icon, nor ARIA International Incorporated has any agreement with Decision Sciences Corporation concerning 3D Icon's CSpace technology, or any agreement to coordinate development efforts on Decision Sciences Corporation's behalf or with any third party; nor is there any collaboration, relationship, or authorization by Decision Sciences Corporation for ARIA International to coordinate development efforts on DSC's behalf

I really hope ARIA didn't puff themselves up to 3DICON to get this deal..

Thats not a good sign and before someone says its nothing go take a look at ARIA and then look at Decision Sciences. We were all looking at that connection as being our path to the marketplace. Geesh!!!

Did we just sign with a Mom & Pop operation with no connections in the security market? If ARIA did blow theirself up to be something thats far from true my question is how did this slip by the people @ 3DICON? You would think that connection would have been verified before they released any statement or sign any agreement.

On the bright side there is no current agreement signed. To my knowledge all that has been signed is a memorandum of understanding so I suppose TDCP could still escape.

I'm not concerned just yet. I think there's a reasonable explanation as to why ARIA is no longer mentioned on the website.

I know that at least one investor has sent IR an email asking them to clarify.

Hopefully, we'll know more on Monday after some of our well-connected, fellow investors are back at work and online.

Its going to take some huge explaining. I really can't see any possible explanation that would make sense. Below is a segment from the press release issued by 3DICON and the statement Razorback posted. It looks like someone at ARIA is telling a big one

ARIA is coordinating a development effort with Decision Sciences Corporation (DSC) and VT Group Ltd in the UK which are developing the first cargo scanning technology based upon the science of MUON Tomography. DSC currently has a CRADA with Los Alamos National Laboratory and owns the rights to all applications of MUON Tomography that the two develop. The team's flagship technology, Guardian MT™, is a passive cargo scanning system engineered to detect accurately shielded nuclear threats and to identify anything within the confines of a shipping container. Guardian MT produces 3D data that is currently displayed in a 2D format. When combined with 3DIcon's CSpace technology, any scanning system will be able to display the contents of cargo containers in true 3D, significantly reducing the time required and improving the accuracy of detection and identification of possible nuclear threats.

Its pretty plain that the press release was far from correct. I'm not blaming 3DICON but someone lied. Their statement not only says there is no agreement with Decision Sciences there is also no collaberation.

If they are going to explain this one they may have to hire a politician...

It is definiately disappointing. Hopefully they come out with something by Mon to fill us in on what is going on. Nothing like another big downhill on our neverending rollercoaster ride.

10Q due by either Fri the 14th or Mon the 17th as well. Would be nice to see more than expected Revenue from Pixel, but not holding breathe at this point.

They're a long ways from taking this technology to mainstream gaming! I posted this pic about 3-4 years ago (it's been awhile) about the impact this would do to the gaming world. Here's a capture from the movie "Star Wars" where Chewbacca is playing a holographic chess match.

Hopefully here's what CSPACE may look like with a couple of years of development.

It's disappointing but perhaps not a major setback. Let's see what the company has to say. It's always possible that Decision Sciences has erred on the side of caution and asked that their name not be used UNTIL an agreement has been reached. It doesn't mean that there will be no agreement. Let's hope for the best and encourage IR to explain. Until then, you're right about it being a roller coaster ride. However, if we didn't have the lows then the day that we're having the incredible high that everybody has been so patiently wait for and that I firmly believe is coming wouldn't be so sweet and worth the wait. Personally, I'm just going to keep loading up on shares. Hold the faith guys and I think we're all going to be glad that we did.

This one, looks more like what the SVD will do. We haven't heard much on it lately, hopefully they are still progressing with it.

Aria International and 3D Icon Negotiating License

Same ARIA and 3DIcon MOU statement, but without the reference to Decision Sciences. This was published Friday the 7th.

So I'm thinking this is the new version that will get posted on the main website eventually.
