CERP - Cereplast,, Inc.
CERP - Cereplast,, Inc.
I like what this company is doing - renewable plastics. I think bio-plastics is the future of disposable products (cups, plates, bottles, utensils, etc.).
Cereplast has proprietary technology to produce the bio-resins used to make a wide variety of products. Apparently, they're going from a manufacturer of these products to a supplier of the bio-resins to current major manufacturers of plastic products. Everyone wants to be "green'
Cereplast has been recently featured in several publications.
Website: http://www.cereplast.com
From the website:
Cereplast, Inc. (OTCBB: CERP) designs and manufactures proprietary bio-based, renewable plastics which are used as substitutes for petroleum-based plastics in all major converting processes – such as injection molding, thermoforming, blow molding and extrusions – at a pricing structure that is competitive with petroleum based plastics. Cereplast’s uniquely formulated resins are certified biodegradable and compostable by BPI (Biodegradable Products Institute).

Re: CERP - Cereplast,, Inc.
The charts are looking pretty good on this one, and I like their product line. There's definitely potential here. They've also diluted twice this year, and it hasn't hurt their share price, but I'm wary of more dilution. I might grab some shares of this and see where it heads.

Am I the only one still in this? :D
I think that considering what's been happening to the markets in general in the past few days, this is holding up pretty good.

It jumped again. Up 15.19% today to close at .91
No news. Wish I knew what's going on behind the scenes...
I'm really kicking myself for not buying more when it was around .50

Yes, it looks like the second top of the cup may hit about $1.02 - $1.05 or so. That should get it into overbought teritory on the RSI. If it hits resistance there abouts I'm gonna watch to see if it pulls back on forming a handle from there and see what it looks like.
