New IPO, started trading today Open $23.00 Close $23.40. I will be getting into this one tomorrow.

We expect that our first dividend will be paid in the second quarter of 2012 and will be $0.06 per share of our common stock. The declaration and payment of this dividend and any future dividends will be at the discretion of our Board of Directors and will depend upon our results of operations, cash requirements, financial condition, contractual restrictions, restrictions imposed by our Senior Secured Credit Facility and the indentures governing our Senior Notes, any future debt agreements or applicable laws, including the laws of the State of Delaware, and other factors that our Board of Directors may deem relevant.

Allison Transmission Prices Initial Public Offering
INDIANAPOLIS, March 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Allison Transmission Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ALSN) announced today that it has priced its initial public offering of 26,100,000 shares of common stock at $23 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading tomorrow, March 15, on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "ALSN." The selling stockholders in the offering have granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to 3,915,000 additional shares at the initial offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions, to cover overallotments, if any. All of the shares of common stock offered are being sold by selling stockholders. Allison Transmission Holdings, Inc. will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders in this offering, including from any exercise by the underwriters of their overallotment option.

For the offering, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and Goldman, Sachs & Co. served as joint book-running managers; Barclays Capital and Deutsche Bank Securities served as lead managers; Baird served as senior co-manager; and KeyBanc Capital Markets and SMBC Nikko served as co-managers.
