Default what do fed rates mean for stocks?

if the rates go down, what impact does that have on a bank stock? or on like a stock such as RIMM or GME?

i guess MA would also be considered a bank stock

Please read my thread on USB. Lower rates usually mean ALL stocks go up, it has the effect of boosting investor confidence. I've been watching USB for a long time now, it's been primed for a PPS jump....now is the time.
