DCCN... Reverse Merger

Check this one out and they are reverse merging with a VERY well known company (My EDGAR, Inc). Marketwatch shows DCCN with a share structure of only 244,000 and I'm trying to verify that.

This went up 150% yesterday on volume of 2800.......lol


REVERSE MERGER: Our Profile List stock Docucon Inc., (OTCBB: DCCN 0.15 x 0.30) issued a Press Release announcing it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire Cary, NC-based My EDGAR, Inc. The company to be acquired (My EDGAR) provides a range of financial reporting, print fulfillment and shareholder communication tools to public companies, funds and pre-public companies. The transaction is subject to the satisfactory completion of certain items including, but not limited to, due diligence, execution of definitive agreements, and shareholder approvals. The transaction will be accomplished through a reverse merger that will result in the current shareholders of My EDGAR, Inc. owning approximately ninety-six percent of the total outstanding shares of the combined companies on a fully diluted basis, subject to adjustments

Dunno..... That spread is a killer. I was going to jump in but will just watch as long as the spread is that wide.

Could be the extremely low float :confused:

Up 70% to .51 on a whopping 2050 shares. Ask is now 1.01

2 mm's @ 1.01 and next is 5.00

I bet a 1000 share buy would send the ask to 2 or 3

The real trick would be selling it after the bump...with the lack of volume, you might have to put the shares in your will for your children..

They may never sell.
