Which commentary feeds does everyone use here?

Does anyone use any RSS or XML feeds here? I am looking to add such feeds to my feedreader to get as close to real time news as possible.

FWIW...I do not listen to a lot of the arm-chair hindsight commentary that I get from my brokers commentary feeds....but I do check up on news and some analysts comments and make my own judgement.. Worse that can happen is I am wrong--I don't mind being wrong on occasion if its my decision and I had planned for such risks...no one is right all the time in Forex..not even the analysts.. After all--its my trading decisions on the line, not thiers... ;)

I do not make my decisions solely upon analyst's opinions by any means, however when I look at the pairs on the different timeframes, I want to see what the news are as well.
