Re: Hcpc
I am in this one and am adding on this dip. I think if they get that 300m contract, it will take this to .002 possibly and much more with the 400m more in commercial loans and then they said they may become a bank.....so alot more could happen to this. The share holder meeting is oct 18th.
There is an article out on this giving it a bad spin from some investors who have complained that they've lost money or were robbed. The company has handled the bad spin well and has said they would pay the clients back. They weren't really robbed, but just got tired of waiting for the commercial loans to come......lost patience can spin alot of negative things, but I think this company could be coming u with the 300 m 1st trench of loans soon......if that does happen, this is looking like an incredible mult bagger. The risk/reward here is very nice to me......that's why I'm in and hoping for a big ride......long swing play for me....of course, if we get a big rise, I will sell 1/2 at double.....and ride freebies......may be a bottom here at .0003-.0004

Heritage Capital Credit Corporation Announces Stock Repurchase Plan
WILMINGTON, Del., Oct 09, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Heritage Capital Credit Corporation (OTC: HCPC) announced that its board of directors has authorized a plan to buy back stock on the open market over the next year. The Company's plan includes using 35% of its income following each project funding to buy back stock.
The board's sentiment is that the current market price for the stock does not adequately reflect the intrinsic value of the stock and therefore, the Company should take advantage of the low price.
The Company expects to receive a 5% origination fee at the closing and funding of each commercial project. That cash revenue will be used for general and administrative expenses and to repurchase stock. The buy back is expected to reduce the number of shares outstanding, thereby increasing the value of the shares available. Revenues are expected to be generated by year end.
Shareholders have been asking if the Company is planning a stock reverse split. At this time, that is not in the plan. However, in the future it may be considered when a strategy is developed for moving up to a national stock exchange

Re: Hcpc
I have been accumulating this. I think it's gonna be an amazing runner when the company comes thru with the loans.
It is really hard to get .0003s. Looks like the .0004s are all that is left. I guess if any 3s come loose, MMs will keep those becasue some came loose in the pm yesterday and I was sitting on the 3s bid, but wasn't able to snag any.

Re: Hcpc
"The Company's plan includes using 35% of its income following each project funding to buy back stock."
35m to 50m will come in from loans, on the 5% of the 700m to 1B laons.
on the first 300m loan, 15m will come in, 35% of 15m is $5.3 million towards the buy back. 35% of the the other 5% of the 400m 2nd loan is 7 million, for a total of 12.3 million used towards the buy back.
Put it this way, if they were to use the 12.3 million to buy back shares at say .003 per share average, it would b 4.1 billion shares........ LOL.......... I don't think the PPS will be staying near .003, since the O/S is probably closer to 400-600m o/s.
Do you see the potential of this....it is amazing!
