Burned Media (PINKSHEETS: BUNM), a Digital Music and Media company, has announced it has begun development of a version of its Hypster.com music application that will be available to users of online social network Facebook.

The company soft launched the online music discovery site www.hypster.com in March 2007 with less than 100 beta users. Since that time it had been announced over 67,600 users had signed on as of August 2007. Many of those users extend their music playlists to social networking sites.

The development time is expected to be 3 to 4 weeks after which an update can be expected on when the application is submitted for approval.

Here is a little about the company.This company owns both Freshtunes and Hypster. Hypster is growing at a fast rate. Hypster is a player that you make your playlist with whatever songs you want and you install it on myspace or another website. They have a huge selection and even include some local bands. They have reached 99135 signups on hypster and should reach 100,000 users tomorrow. They are averaging about 865 new users a day. Oh yeah!!! How friggin cool... I just checked out these sites... Really nice and easily expandable.

They made it extremely easy for new bands to get their stuff out there for the masses. i really like the easy to use and intuitive interface. I was totally thinking of doing something like this myself!!! I just don't have any money to hire programmers!! I can do all the web stuff and server stuff... its the java backend stuff I can't do.

Oh well... I think this company is on to something for sure.
