I'm curious as to where I can find the terms of the warrants. I have these warrants from LDGIW which I bought a about 2 years ago. I read that these warrants are scams but I didn't put too much into it. I was just hoping someone could tell me where I can read up on where the terms of exercising the warrants are usually. I can't seem to find them. Thanks!

Well....warrents themselves are not scams, but I do not no your particular circumstances. Did a quick search for your your co cik for filings and came up with none.....who is the company and what exchange do they trade on? Did you buy the warrents on an exchange?

Need a little more info and ill try and help you out.

You could always go directy to the company and find out but I imagine you knew the terms when you bought them eh?

To answer your question directly....you should be able to find the terms in one of the co's filings.....which I didn't see any...

If they are publicly traded then they should trade on the same exchange as the underlying security.

I'm heading into the gym for a couple hours so ill try and check back after I get out.

They stock the warrants are for is Lodgian Inc under symbol LGN. I'll try and look it up too and please help me in case I don't find it lol.
