NetSol Technologies, Inc. announced that Chinese regulators approved the Company's application to establish its subsidiary, NetSol Technologies (Beijing) Co., as a wholly owned foreign enterprise (WOFE). The formation of the subsidiary arrives on the heels of NetSol entering a second phase strategic partnership with China-based Minsheng Financial Leasing Co. (MSFL), Ltd., a provider of aircraft leases in Asia.

Finally a real CFO, this took far too long IMO.

Pickard, 48, will report directly to Najeeb Ghauri, chairman and CEO of NetSol, as well as work with Boo-Ali Siddiqui, who will continue to serve as chief financial officer of NetSol Technologies Pakistan Ltd.

I'd still stay away from this stock. They are going to get delisted soon if they don't get the PPS over $1. Apparently, this is going to mean an R/S, which is never pretty. However, it will make for a nice play after the split and subsequent price drop. I might consider coming back....it's on my watch list.

The real question....who's going to trust their earnings report after the scandal? Just when we thought they were bringing their financial house in order with a new CFO they drop the offer and reneg.

Up 5.5% today! Looking good! I lost on this one couple years back.... Wishing I got back in 90 days ago.... THoughts on this one on the next 90 days or so?

I still question their accounting practices. I don't understand why the annouced a new "qualified" CFO and came back and said they were keeping the old guy a week later. Products and business wise, they have a good thing going for them.....but as an investor it's difficult for me to have faith in the companies financials.
