what patterns do you guys look for most often?

me i'd say triangles, flags, rectangles are what i see most and base decisions off that.

i have a book that also mentions, also garys cd mentions, double tops\bottoms, and head and shoulders as patterns to look for, but i'm not using those much, not sure why maybe i'm not used to spotting them yet. gary also mentions the cup and handle pattern, don't see them often, and not really sure how to use it if i did

Elvis, I would really appreciate some of the more experienced traders using those patterns to step in here and give some more explainations about them and how they use them.

There is information on patterns located at investopedia ... but for a dunce like me they just don't alway reach clearity.
