USBL Announces Grand Opening of New Corporate Headquarters

MILFORD, Conn., Oct. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- United States Basketball League, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: USBL) is pleased to announce the grand opening of its new corporate headquarters at 183 Plains Road in Milford, Connecticut on Friday, October 26th. Daniel Meisenheimer, III, CEO, commented," We are pleased to take the first step in our restructuring process by upgrading to a new facility. Furthermore, the Board of Directors has determined it will be selling the commercial property that once housed the USBL's operations for sixteen years. The proceeds from the sale will be used to significantly reduce our company's outstanding debt and aid the USBL in turning the corner to profitability."

The sale of the building is anticipated to close by the end of the fiscal year and should be reflected on the balance sheet accordingly.

In addition, Mr. Meisenheimer will be meeting with investment brokers in the coming weeks to determine the most effective means of improving the business plan and increasing shareholder value.

It will move either way on very little volume. They only have around 3.5 million outstanding shares and 700K in the float. Small pressure either way will move it.

(OTC Bulletin Board: USBL) is placing advertisements in the Wall Street Journal to increase awareness of the company among today's investors while continuing to establish dialogue with potential franchise owners for upcoming seasons. The ad will also appear in Barron's on Monday November 5th.

The advertisement will run five days during this week and weekend. The USBL expects to receive a substantial number of inquiries again this year. Each respondent will be sent an application and expansion information after speaking with management. This is the standard process and may take several months to complete. Moon Joins Other USBL Alums on NBA Rosters
