You hear; level 2 this, level 2 that. But once you get there what does all the information mean? I asked my self the same question. Hopefully the links below will assist in our understanding. I just found these documents and have not finished reading them yet, so I have no real input as to their helpfulness but so far there seems to be quite a bit of good information.
