I have this one on watch. It has a nice bottom formation and can possibly break out. It may also pull back close to the bollie. It looks like to me any significant buying pressure will put it on its merry way.

Guymon is within 150 miles of 20% of the red meat processing /slaughter houses in the U.S. The companies expect to expand to five initial production plants, consisting of 15 production lines matching the pilot plant line, yielding 450 million gallons of bio-fuel per year per plant, or 2.25 billion gallons per year total, leading to international expansion when five U.S. plants are fully operational.

I'm originally from that 150 mile radius at there are many plants. Our city alone has 2 plants that can slaughter 10,000 head of cattle a day! There might be some bigger plants now plus you got all them hog plants also.
