I took a position yesterday @ 0024 and this baby continues to climb. I would have started a thread but for some reason I thought there was one already.

known as Ecarfly, Inc. recently amended the company Articles of
Incorporation to reflect a name change to, Market 99, Ltd. The reason
behind the name change is fueled by the acquisition initiative of

Over the last 12 months, Desmond Milligan, CEO of ecarfly, has been in
negotiations with multiple companies in the pursuit of a possible
merger/acquisition candidate for ECFL.

In April of 2007, Desmond Milligan met with the Board of Directors of
Market 99, Ltd. a Nevada-based company, about the possibility of an
acquisition/merger. Before any further negotiations were to take place,

0055 about gone only 1 mm left there

Just printed 0.006

And there is a ton of resistance at 0.006

May be the HOD today

If only my other holdings would run a little, I could get in this one also.

Freeing up some cash from another account, may have some breathing room in a week or so to play next runner

It took most of the day to break 0055 so you are probably right on for the HOD.

The official PR is yet to be released that the merger is complete. Hopefully this week but this is the penny world by the end of the week they may be merging with some company in China....lol

I dumped ISBL at a loss (tired of waiting) and jumped in this @0.0035.

what will the merger do to the stock price?

Very hard to tell-but all I want is another run like yesterday and I am punching out of this one. Usually, you get a goodwill blip on news and then the stock settles back in until the new company proves its merit.

Over on another board, the thread on this stock is very positive. But I take that with a large grain of salt. With most of these R/M's, the money is made on the merger speculation. I am not in this long term Quick hit and I am out

Only 4 MM's left between 0.0035 and 0.004

After that resistance, it is real thin all the way to 0.007

Let's see if we can punch thru before I head off to work for rest of day

Then 0.004 here we come-strong pressure all of a sudden. Maybe a nice run is in order here
