I'm thinking of starting a business where people pay me to buy and then sell a stock because as soon as I sell it seems they always rocket....lol

Re: IELM...IElement Corporation
Amazing, thestreet.com actually has a report out on this company from Sept27:
Quote:
RECOMMENDATION
We rate IELEMENT CORP (IELM) a SELL. This is based on the combination of unfavorable investment
measures, which should drive this stock to significantly underperform the majority of stocks that we rate.
Among the areas we feel are negative, one of the most important has been generally deteriorating net
income.
HIGHLIGHTS
The company, on the basis of change in net income from the same quarter one year ago, has significantly
underperformed when compared to that of the S&P 500 and the Diversified Telecommunication Services
industry. The net income has significantly decreased by 147.0% when compared to the same quarter one year
ago, falling from -$0.25 million to -$0.62 million.
This stock's share value has moved by only 81.75% over the past year. Naturally, the overall market trend is
bound to be a significant factor. However, in one sense, the stock's sharp decline last year is a positive for
future investors, making it cheaper (in proportion to its earnings over the past year) than most other stocks in
its industry. But due to other concerns, we feel the stock is still not a good buy right now.
IELEMENT CORP has shown no change in earnings for its most recently reported quarter when compared
with the same quarter a year earlier. Stable Earnings per share over the past year indicate the company has
sound management over its earnings and share float. During the past fiscal year, IELEMENT CORP's EPS of
-$0.01 remained unchanged from the prior years' EPS of -$0.01.
IELM, with its decline in revenue, underperformed when compared the industry average of 23.7%. Since the
same quarter one year prior, revenues slightly dropped by 3.2%. Weakness in the company's revenue seems
to not be hurting the bottom line, shown by stable earnings per share.
Even though the debt-to-equity ratio shows mixed results, the company's quick ratio of 0.23 is very low and
demonstrates very weak liquidity.

More Info for you:
Quote:
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
IElement Corp., formerly MailKey Corp. focuses on
becoming the leading regional communication service
provider (CSP) from California to Florida. IElement's
added value, managed service strategy includes the
potential development of additional subscription model
services such as managed Microsoft exchange, prepaid
and postpaid cellular services, e-mail and network
security, residential/business based wireless, and
managed Blackberry services. The development of these
services will allow IElement to offer small and
medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) access to enterprise
type applications with little or no software purchase,
hardware investment, upgrade worries, or full-time
administration of these services. The company believes
that these sell-through services should increase the
average revenue per customer, as well as help improve
customer retention. The company intends to initially
concentrate its resources on adding customers in the
Dallas, Los Angeles and Chicago markets, while
extending its sales reach into the next target markets. It
plans to build out the necessary infrastructure to sell
IElement broadband services (wireless or wireline), as
well as reselling voice services over the same T1 or
wireless equivalent and upsell added value managed
services to its current and future customer base to raise
its ARPC. The company believes that existing
infrastructure can serve multiple new markets as they
are brought online in advance of the need for additional
capital expenditures or additional software licenses.
IElement seeks acquisitions of wireless ISPs and other
suitable telephony and/or data carriers in secondary and
tertiary markets that can be layered onto the company's
national backbone. It believes that such acquisitions
would enable greater economies of scale and operating
efficiencies.

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
IELEMENT CORP's gross profit margin for the first quarter of its fiscal year 2007 is essentially unchanged
when compared to the same period a year ago. Sales and net income have dropped, although the growth in
revenues underperformed the average competitor within the industry, the net income growth did not.
IELEMENT CORP has very weak liquidity. Currently, the Quick Ratio is 0.23 which clearly shows a lack of
ability to cover short-term cash needs. The company's liquidity has decreased from the same period last year.
At the same time, stockholders' equity ("net worth") has significantly decreased by 27.09% from the same
quarter last year. The key liquidity measurements indicate that the company is in a position in which financial
difficulties could develop in the near future.
