Thanks. Remember also that when volatility is high and market falls quickly but you think pattern will continue, then sometimes you may be better off writing calls on the upside instrument (for instance QQQQ) if there is already excess premium in say PSQ (inverse QQQQ) or QID (double inverse QQQQ). You can go either way...buy the short instrument (Ex PSQ, QID), write puts on the short instrument, or write calls on the long (Ex. QQQQ) - depending on which is the best value at the time.

Sold mine QQQQ options for .26. bought em at .04 Looks like they hit .11 - .12 today. Watcking these again for another buy. Looking at getting some more jan 08- jan 09 leaps. These are a bargin considering your controling a 50.00 stock for 5.00- 20.00 per contract!

I correct myself from the last post. If they test the lows of august, they should go down to .03 to .05 for the jan 08 60.00 strike and around .06 for the jan 09 75.00. That to me would be a bargin unless of course the market goes lower throught jan08. The elections are coming up next year and most election years have been great except what , 1? I believe that 08 will be a great year for some highs in the Nasdaq.

Read your post Grizz on closing the positions on the Inverse ETFs you had
Same thought for the short on the QQQQ, I think it will hit 48, but its a good time to bank the profit

Options to buy the QQQ should be seeing a could bargain in the coming days
