I posted this one this morning on the new thread I started for possible movers. Leon and I jumped in @ 018 and was really just playing the L2. Its now up 172% so I wanted to find out the story. Here it is take it for what its worth.

This info came from another board:

First the stock formerly traded on the NYSE and the float is thought to be TINY.

FLOAT 12.99M

from old filing....Upon consummation of the Mergers and completion of this Offering, the
Company will have outstanding 16,262,611 shares of Common Stock. The 5,500,000
shares sold in this Offering (plus any additional shares sold upon exercise of
the Underwriters' over-allotment option) will be freely tradeable without
restriction unless acquired by affiliates of the Company.

Play with caution. We all know this shell plays can either rocket or bust

What a laugh... They took it from 03 down to 017 on 3 trades of 5000 each and then bolted the ask back to 029....rofl

Sorry to be OT but what exactly do you look for in the L2? Just few mm's?

I look at several different things. The # of mms at different levels and the spread between them. I also look for the number of shares even though in the penny world it can't always be believed. Bid support is also key when entering. You don't want to enter when there is very little bid support.
