Almost any time you are dealing with a penny stock... there is a lot of guessing going on.... So many are scams! pure and simple scams... trying to relieve people from their money.. If you try to research a penny you will find it something very hard to do.. they are not obligated to report anything to any one... and often when there is reporting it is misleading... The only way I have bee able to make money on pennys is to play the game... look for stock which have had a big fall the bigger and quicker the better.. and try to catch it as it bounces off the bottom... sell it just before it reaches the top.... and smile all the way to the bank.

Good Luck on your Search for a good Penny.... they are there... but are hard to find.

randomly guessing is not something ya wanna do at all unless you are willing to take some major losses.. and another thing you don't wanna do is go with the picks of others b/c that too will more likely than not cost you a bunch of money.. so yes - doing your own research is by far the best way to go....so if you are looking to 'play' the pennies then you need to know some t/a and if you haven't checked it out then you may wanna think about getting greencat's cd b/c that will give you a good start and you will learn how to scan for your own plays along with other things that you may need to know... however, if you are looking to 'invest' with a company then you will want to get more into the dd (research) aspects.. so if you haven't already read through the threads then school section of this site has lots of info that you may wanna check out... imo and as far as penny stocks >> the more you know about t/a the better off you will be b/c that way you will be able to better gauge the picks of others b/c most of them are plays and not stocks to invest in... hope this helps

the cd is a really good thing to get, unless you want to read and reread stocks for dummies or something liek that. its just to hard to comprehend all that text. i got the cd a week ago, adn since have learned so much by seeing the actual demonstration on cd. the scan part is great adn could help youunderstand how people find the plays. definatly worth the buy imo

I finally have my initial investment funds ready to invest or shall i say trade...for now i plan on opening 2 accounts. One account i am looking at TDA, but I thought somewhere i read on here that it is difficult or impossible to trade TDCP, and other penny stocks; is this true?

I don't know who said that, but I can trade any stock in the world with TDA. Must qualify that in that I have an Apex account with them, but I don't see how that would effect trading on the lesser accounts. Also, I cannot do a "market" order with pinks and I can't use trade triggers with them either. Those are the only limitations I know of.
