The Cat Attack
BNPD- Looks like it is going to make a cup
CMMI-- May start back up. Its in a good area to make the move..
CVBT-- Looks like it will build a symetrical triangle..
FRTW-- This could make a U pattern. Scary play here but a possible momo and daytrader play.
GPXM-- I have been watching it for awhile. Has a kinda of coil pattern. Watching for the break of the trendline and volume surge.
JMAR-- Its trying so I am watching it..
VION-- Could start off of the doji..
NSOL-- In a nice channel.
RPTN-- Broke trendline and may make a bigger move.
SCOX-- Has a gap to fill and is set up to make a move..
SDGL-- Making a move.
SDRG- Looking for it to make a nice move up..
SONS- Set up nice with a doji..
THPW- Set up for a nice move..
TPLM- If it gets volume its going to take off..
ONEV-- Coming off a double bottom. Looks like it wants more. Could be a nice momo play. Going to need lots of volume for a big push..
OMNC--Right at the breakout point.. It has an old high to beat or it will become a double top..
PSCV-- Looks like a stock bulging to breakout..
WITM-- Looks ready to make a move..

Re: The Cat Attach
I am keeping a close watch on SNUS ... I think has real possibilities.... They fell when they announced that the drug they finished level 3 testing didn't not show waht they hoped it would..... they weren't disappointed in the delivery method (which is their goal) rather the way they set up the test.... and restructuring the test would be a three year delay and would make getting it to market around the time their patent would run out... window of Opportunity was just to small and closing.... so they have learned about how to set up the test from that "failure" and are going forward to a different drug to be delivered in a very similar way....
Back in 2001 they suffered close to the same problem and at the end of Dec. and into Jan. there were really good gains in PPS.... I think there is a good possibility this will happen again.
Oh and XYNG has been having me want to pull out my hair for the last week! It has looked so ready to go...

Re: The Cat Attack

Re: The Cat Attack
CRGN- Symetrical triangle. Keep this one on watch it make pick up some steam and take off.
Danish News Digest
2007 AII Data Processing Ltd. All Rights Reserved.
Danish biotechnology company TopoTarget A/S is in talks with its partner U.S. genomics group CuraGen Corporation to obtain the U.S. marketing rights for their jointly developed anti-cancer treatment belinostat, TopoTarget CEO Peter Buhl Jensen told Danish daily Dagbladet Boersen on December 5, 2007.
At present CuraGen holds the rights to sell belinostat, a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor for the treatment of blood cancer and solid tumours, in the USA and Japan.
TopoTarget is ready to renounce future milestone payments from CuraGen in order to secure a closer cooperation within marketing belinostat in the USA and a different distribution of earnings, Jensen said.
The product, currently undergoing Phase II trials, is expected to be available on the market by 2010, and its U.S. market potential is estimated at $15 bln (10.259 bln euro), Jensen said.
If CuraGen does not agree to concede the U.S. marketing rights, TopoTarget will bid to acquire its partner, although it is not interested in CuraGen's activities other than belinostat, Jensen added.
TopoTarget is ready to pay CuraGen's shareholders $1.5 (1.02 euro) per share, Jensen said. The offer corresponds to a 50 pct premium to CuraGen's current quotation, but it is still uncertain whether it will be sufficient when compared to the last months' trend for considerably higher premiums paid in takeover deals for biotech companies, according to Dagbladet Boersen.
The Danish company may however need to raise additional capital to fulfil the takeover plans.
At present NASDAQ-listed CuraGen's market value is estimated at some 400 mln Danish crowns ($78.5 mln/53.7 mln euro), while the market value of TopoTarget, listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Copenhagen, stands at some 1.2 bln crowns ($235.4 mln/161 mln euro).
(Note: The abstract is based on information from Dagbladet Boersen and TopoTarget's website.)
