Whka - World Hocky Assc New
Any TA on this stock would be great. I have been watching the HSM forum closely and seen all that DD... I just would not mind an outside oppinion - and analysis of the charts etc....
I'm kinda stuck with this one holding up my funds!
Thanks!

Re: WHKA - when will it take off - or will it?
I'm in this one right now as well, I think it's going to be a nice investment but I try not to let that affect my TA of the chart.
Right now I'm seeing a general downtrend, but .004 is some support and hopefully we don't break that today though L2s are showing .0035x.0042 right now. If we can close at .0042 that chart would look semi-good for a turnaround but I dunno if it will if they're diluting (any DD on HSM suggesting diluting?). If they're diluting, we probably won't see a turnaround until they stop. If they're not diluting, I don't know what the problem is, possibly just MMs walking it down.

Diluting!? Jeez - I hope not!! but it would make sense... since they need capital to get it going...

Dang, what a finish, .0042-.005 in the last 10 min on 1million volume. I want to say something is up like Klipper is saying for CYDF but I don't know what it could be, an announcement of a new team? Successful lawsuit? Dang, now I gotta wake up early and watch for a PR haha.

The float is being debated right now in court, WHKA says their old transfer agent issued shares without their permission so the float could be as high as 350 million right now.
I read up on HSM to see if they knew what caused yesterdays' EOD run. It was the motion by WHKA lawyers for the judge to have a default judgment, which would put Briner and his guys in fault based on them not showing up or not bringing required information or something. Here's a link to the filing: http://www.brjinc.com/default.pdf
A lot of people were probably expecting a PR about it but none came so they got out today. A ruling could come down soon or it could be awhile if Briner is threatened by the motion and starts to bring everything forward and there is a trial. Some are saying that the issuance of illegal shares caused a drop from .20 to .01 so we may hit those levels again, but that's pretty far fetched. I'm guessing we'll hit .01-.02 if WHKA wins (I think Briner has to buy back all the shares he issued and reward $100million to WHKA or one or the other) It will be a very good day if WHKA wins so pray to your lawyer gods.

Re: Whka - World Hocky Assc New
Doji today, first one after a red day in this downtrend. I'm anxious to see what happens with it. We'll probably end up bouncing between .003 and .004 but the ask does look pretty then so we could fly hard, we'll have to see the L2s in the morning.

Dunno what this'll do but PR:
WHA Announces Newest Expansion Team
8:31a ET July 19, 2007 (Market Wire)
The World Hockey Association (PINKSHEETS: WHKA) is pleased to announce that the newest expansion team to enter in to the League is the OLIVER ROADRUNNERS of Oliver, B.C.
League CEO Ricky Smith states, "We had the good fortune to play a regular season game last year here in the beautiful town of Oliver and we had a sell-out crowd." Smith also says, "We scheduled a regular season game between the WHALERS as host team, and the Osoyoos Spurs and it was a great event. The Arena here is a great facility and we are looking forward to this season as are the fans of Oliver, B.C."
Oliver is the "wine capital of Canada" and is a great tourist location for many.
WHA Tryout Camp in B.C. will be held at LANGLEY TWIN RINKS on August 10th and 11th, players or parents should contact Coach Matt Samson at 604-418-5588 to confirm their attendance. As previously announced the League will have Camp in Denver this July 26 through 28.
The final WHA League camp for the summer will be held in Oliver, B.C. at the Oliver Arena on September 16,17 and 18, where final cuts and Team allocations will take place. Again players are reminded to contact Coach Matt Samson to confirm their spot for Camp.

I'm already in this but what got your attention? The 2 dojis, the up day after a doji? The news? (Doubt it though haha)
I ask because when I see a chart like this I tend to stay away until it breaks the downtrend and even then I'm hesitant about getting into it because of the downtrend.
