Keep in mind there are alot of what ifs here and rumors are running wild. Where exactly the truth is could be difficult to find right now.

MOSH unit holders are seeking $1.2 BILLION in damages from Woodside ($30B market cap) and PXD ($6B market cap). With 72M O/S, this would be about $17.00 per share/unit for MOSH shareholders! MOSH is a trust, so any settlement or lawsuit judgements would be distributed to share/unit holders after expenses. The next hearing is set for January 14 2007

The Lawsuit
In April of 2005, a lawsuit was filed by a group of Mesa Offshore Trust (the Trust) unit holders (MOSH Holdings, L.P.), against Pioneer Natural Resources Company (the General Partner of the Partnership), JP Morgan Chase Bank, N. A. (the Trustee of the Trust), and Woodside Energy (USA), Inc., over various issues and properties of the Trust (the Partnership).

at .30 x .31 now, if it keeps holding .30 as it has been, next resistance is .41, then blue skies.. has a forward looking event as posted in previously.

I had a dentist appointment and some things at the office. In the spare time I was busy reading tdcp.....lol

Bull Flag pattern- bullish. Possible head and shoulders pattern- bearish.

Caution is advised-
